Although we’re certainly happy to hear that you had an enjoyable stay at this property recently, we were quite perplexed with your 3 star review. It’s our goal to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a positive vacation experience….and hope for a correlating review & rating. After meeting you in person and offering to assist with any issues and sharing that I was located around the corner, not sure why you would not have reached out. Also not sure what you’re referring to when stating the garage door didn’t work. It was working upon your arrival and after your departure. The gas BBQ grill is cleaned between each guest stay/reservation. Again, if you found either of these things to have been issues, we’re not sure why you never mentioned them during your stay (contact info well established). As for the absence of sunshine on the pool, there was clearly bad weather during your stay, which we obviously cannot control. We greatly appreciate your business and want you to know that customer service is our #1 priority. This is why we encourage our guests to reach out and provide us an opportunity to resolve issues promptly. This ensures a more positive vacation experience for our guests and also provides a fair opportunity for our accommodations and services to be rated and reviewed accordingly.
