Welcome to your home away from home in sunny Mesa! Whether you're visiting for a family getaway, a golf trip, Spring Training, or simply some time in the Arizona sunshine, this comfortable 3 bedroom condo offers plenty of space to settle in, reconnect, and enjoy your time together.
Start the morning with coffee on the private balcony before heading out for the day's adventures, then come home to relax and recharge. Prepare a favorite meal while staying connected with everyone in the open living areas, gather around the table for dinner, or settle into the living room for a laid back movie night. With three bedrooms, everyone has their own space to unwind when the day is done.
When you're ready to enjoy some time closer to home, you'll find plenty to do throughout the community. Spend a sunny afternoon by the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, fit in a workout at the fitness center, shoot some hoops, or heat up the charcoal grill for an easy outdoor meal. The clubhouse offers even more room to relax with games, books, movies, and gathering spaces while younger guests can burn off some energy at the playground.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Must be at least 25 years old to book and cannot book for someone under 25 without staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- NO pets allowed
- NO smoking/vaping allowed inside or outside
- NO events, parties or large gatherings allowed (only guests staying at the home plus 2 visitors are permitted to be on the property at any given time)
- Use of glitter or confetti is prohibited on the property (minimum $100 additional cleaning fee if used)
- NO rearranging furniture inside the home or moving inside furniture to any outdoor area (or vice versa). A restaging fee of $500 will be charged to place furniture back where it belongs. Any damages noted from furniture being moved will result in additional charges.
- Must follow posted rules for all community amenities
- Please report any damages that occur during your stay and include photos
- All guests shall obey all local and state laws during their stay
- Exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for illegal activity, causing damage to the premises or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts that interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid
- Using the property address as a mailing address is strictly prohibited. Any guest that needs to receive mail while staying at the property will obtain a private mailbox elsewhere for their mail delivery.
- All linens and towels are provided. Any lost or damaged linens and towels will result in additional charges after checkout.
- Must leave home in substantially the same condition, neat and tidy, as it was found. Additional fees will apply if checkout instructions are not followed and/or damages are found.
- No compensation given for temporary outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, and/or internet service. All efforts will be made to restore as soon as possible.
- Report any maintenance issues. No refunds will be made for maintenance including, but not limited to, heating/AC, appliances, and TVs.
- Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services; or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24-hour notice of Owner’s intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
- iTrip or the Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property nor does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
