This condo was a great place to unwind for a week. The views from the balcony were amazing! There was an issue with the door lock on our second day and there was someone on site within 10 minutes to fix it. We were extremely impressed with iTrip and their communication. The only negative for this condo is the beds are extremely firm. A mattress topper would be a very welcome addition.

We love staying in this building . The views are amazing ! We feel like it’s just far enough away from the pass that the beach is not busy, but close enough to walk to shops and food. Booking was easy and check in and Check out seamless. The pool and hot tub are so nice! The condo itself is in need of some updates and a deep clean. Master shower has very low water pressure. Mattress in both rooms are uncomfortable . Needs new towels preferably white , so that bleaching is possible. Washer had a broken knob notified them immediately and they were right on it . The couch is big and comfy. Kitchen has a lot of dishes . All in all we had a good stay! Would stay again !

The condo was nice. Great supplies in the kitchen! Beautiful view. Appreciated the extra towels. One complaint, no liquid hand soap, pretty much every condo I have stayed in has liquid hand soap at each sink. There was not any in this unit. The shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch, however hand soap at each sink would have been more appreciated. Such a small amenity that really matters.

Perfect December Stay

We stayed at The Chambre 302 the first week of December 2025 and it was just perfect! The condo has most everything you need. I was happy that they had beach chairs in the closet in addition to a few other beach items, including beach towels! We didn’t cook a lot, but kitchen was well supplied. Condo was lovely. The best is the long balcony and the absolutely beautiful view, sounds of the gulf and the sunsets! Building and parking were simple. Pool and hot tub were working well and warm. Location is great… you can walk to John’s Pass for dinner, drinks, shopping or boat outings! Can also walk down the beach to Caddy’s beach bar right on beach and to many other places along Gulf Boulevard. I’ve stayed in this area many times over the years, but was my first time at The Chambre… highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the Chambra #302 week of Nov 15th-22nd. and the view of the gulf from out balcony was like paradise. We watched the amazing sunsets every evening and the colors were so gorgeous words wouldn't do it justice. The condo was very comfortable especially the master bedroom mattress. The sectional couch in living room also was so very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. The hostess Liz was absolutely wonderful and responsive to our needs within a few minutes of contacting her. she even send very comfortable beach chairs that made being at the beach perfect. I loved th I s place and definitely would stay again...we will be back next year. You can't go wrong with this condo...its a gem

We enjoyed our stay at The Chambre unit 302 . It had everything we needed and more to have a great stay! This is our second time in this unit and 3rd time in the building ! The sunsets are amazing and the grounds are clean and well maintained ! The pool was not open at this time due to storm damage repairs , but the ocean water was very warm!!

The place was great and just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and nice. Unfortunately, this area was hit hard by the hurricanes last year and still going through repair. We booked this place one month before our trip date due to a previous place cancelling because the pool was closed and elevator was down. We were told there was a chance the pool could be open and elevators should work so we booked! A little over a week before we were notified the repairs were not completed and neither pool or elevator would be available. Definitely a disappointment with this located on the 3rd floor for people who have trouble with stairs! All in all, the host was able to resolve the issue and we did love the stay and got some good exercise from it. Some hurricane damage and some areas could be cleaned better in the condo.

To start we had another place booked for months and it fell through last minute due to an extension on repairs to the condos pool area, so I was scrambling last minute to find a place for my family. I landed on Chambre 302 and can say I am SO happy with the entire week and communications! This was my 2 year olds first vacation and she had the BEST time! We had a minor hiccup to start but was quickly fixed within minutes and you don’t hear or see that often at all. The condo was perfect, clean and inviting. We nearly had the pool to ourselves all week, which is pretty unheard of as well but worked out perfectly! Anyone that did join us were very kind. The views are breathtaking! The stuff provided by the condo such as the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were absolutely appreciated by our family. I would HIGHLY recommend the condo unit and itrip to others. Thank you so much for such a wonderful week!

Everything required for a wonderful trip was provided. The location to shops, restaurants and distance to the beach was perfect. The balcony views were spectacular. The only complaint would be the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was uncomfortable for my daughter which prompted her to sleep on the massive couch instead. I realize that there’s no way to please everyone’s preference for mattress firmness. Missing Florida already and I’ve only been home 1 day lol.

We had a wonderful time staying as a family at this condo on the beach. The best part of the condo is it is literally steps from the sand and the water. We love the large balcony. We spent lots of time, sitting out there, relaxing, reading, people watching, and viewing the beautiful sunsets. We had everything we needed to make our week fun and relaxing. The beach and sand were awesome. The pool was great. Our two year-old granddaughter loved the pool. We also enjoyed the pool when it was time to cool off a bit. There’s always one part of the pool that is shady. The beds were comfortable and we had all the kitchen supplies that were needed. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a two bedroom condo right on the beach.

Excellent condo in an excellent location ( just a short walk or drive to Johns Pass). Everyone we ran into either working on something at the condo or any of the guests were friendly and made us feel welcome. Unit 302 was very clean and up to date in the furnishings ( unlike a lot of others we've stayed at over the last 32 years). This was our first stay at this condo and we plan to make this a regular vacation spot.

This condo is beautiful! The beds are so comfortable. Balcony has plenty of seating. Big comfy couch, different than pictures. We like the distance to Johns Pass. It’s far enough to be away from the busy part of the beach, but close enough for a comfortable walk. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony! Easy check in/check out , parking a little tight, but doable. All issues that were brought to management were instantly responded to and an immediate fix offered . Would stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our week stay at Chambre #302. The amenities were good. Lots of space and great balcony overlooking the ocean. Pool and spa were fantastic and clean. The condo was clean when we arrived. The condo itself had some quirks but we worked around it. Couch definitely needs to be replaced. Dryer is old and only dried after 3 cycles. Beware that there is no beach service in front of the condo. You will have to bring or buy stuff for the beach including towels. There are a few beach towels but very small and flimsy. Overall a great week. Lots of things to do in the area.

We just returned from a two week stay in 302-Chambre. We had an amazing time! Couldn't ask for a better beach front view than we had. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possible need if you choose to make home cooked meals/breakfast. Beds were comfortable! Closets had beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys. Leave all that stuff at home as you won't need it. There are also rentals on the beach if you choose. We had an issue with the dishwasher not draining and iTrip maintenance was there within 20 minutes and problem taken care of by early afternoon!! Fast and friendly! The highlight of our trip was having one of the sea turtle nests right in front of the condo hatch shortly after sunset one night. Was absolutely amazing to witness! Once in a lifetime event that we will never forget! Book this unit with confidence. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you to the owner for sharing your home with us!

We greatly enjoyed out stay at the condo at Madeira Beach. Itrip was very responsive when we had a question about the dishwasher (Saturday), but less responsive with a question about whether we could get a beach umbrella or had to buy one (Sunday). The condo was in a great location. Easy walk to John’s pass with its many shops and restaurants. Loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset. The condo was very clean and modern. The furniture seemed new and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were several beach chairs to take down to the beautiful beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed staying in this condo, the only problem was that our stay was too short.

Really nice condo! Great view of the Gulf from balcony and master suite!! We really loved the bar stools on the balcony so we could sit up higher and have an unobstructed view of the water to watch the dolphins and all the sea birds. We loved that this condo was in very easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent this condo again!

We stayed at 302 Chambre for a week in mid-July. The booking process through iTrip was super easy. Their communication was great and the arrival/entry process went just as described. We had to call them for an issue our first night, and they answered the late-night call quickly and did their best to help us out. The complex is small, quiet and wasn't crowded at all. The beach is within easy walking distance and the pool/spa area is very nice. We often had the pool all to ourselves. We were a bit disappointed with the unit itself (302). While it is spacious, has a huge balcony, great beach view and had excellent WiFi, it is in need of some work. Several areas seem to have been overlooked, and some repairs are needed. Specifically, lots of the furniture, especially in the bedrooms, is very old and worn. The TV in the master bedroom is extremely old, even lacking the HDMI port necessary to connect our entertainment device (HDMI became standard in about 2007). The master bathroom has had nice renovations done to it, but it is incredibly small, the cabinet doors are falling apart and the overhead florescent lights sometimes would not come on. Most of the kitchenware is also visibly dated. The washer and dryer are extremely old and rusty; we planned on washing while there but decided not to after seeing the units. Both curtain rods on the balcony doors were falling off of the walls, and most of the balcony furniture is old, worn and torn, to the point of being nearly unusable. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and other equipment in the unit, but some of that had issues too. Specifically, one of the two umbrellas was broken, one of the four chairs was broken, and the mini board was cracked in the middle. While the condo was relatively clean upon arrival, we had a couple of issues, such as a stained comforter in the master bedroom. In summary, while there were no major issues, there were enough minor issues with aging furniture and lack of upkeep that made our stay less pleasant than it should have been. While we love this area and will definitely be back, we won't be staying at 302 Chambre again.

The condo was very clean and had been updated in 2013. Everything was in working order. We had an excellent view of the Gulf with amazing sunsets. We were also fortunate enough to be there for a full moon which was amazing as well. Will definitely go back to this condo. The only negative I would have is that the swimming pool was very cold..........

The property is one of 25 in a buidling, all sea facing. Our 2 bedroom property was immaculate, good size and well laid out as specIfield. The main bedroom leads out onto a vast balcony which overlooks a sandy beach and a beautiful, tempting gulf. Altogether spectacular. A 5 minute walk takes you to John's pass with all of its shops, restaurants and bars. A 30 minute drivetoes you to either Clearwater or Passe Grille, both wonderful locations. A lovely apartment, an awesome location, a great holiday.

The pictures pale compared to the brilliant sunsets off the extra long balcony that accesses the living room or master bedroom. Wonderful beach view, watch the water from the open concept kitchen / dining / living room. The appliances are sufficient & iTrip responded quickly to a washing machine problem, (sent a repairman within the hour). The master bedroom has lot's of room with a walk in closet and updated ensuite washroom. 2nd bedroom has king bed and a large closet, next door in the hallway is the 2nd 3 piece bathroom. We enjoyed the large swimming pool, hot tub & sunny lounge chairs. Walks along the beach & to John's Pass for touristy shopping, restaurants & bars. Many regular restaurant & shops within short driving distance, the bus stops right in front of the condo. 40 minutes away is Dunedin & the Blue Jay's stadium. Easy access to any of St. Petersburg attractions and Tampa International Airport. We highly recommend this vacation location!

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo very clean with plenty of towels and beach towels for our family of four. The pool and hot tub area was never crowded and overall the entire complex was very quiet. Minor issues we noticed at check-in were taken care of quickly (hall toilet running and in need of new part/internet not working) via email response and repairman visit. The only negatives were there was no can opener in the kitchen and the chairs on the balcony were so worn that you could not sit on them at the table without the screws digging into you (the fabric was worn through or torn to expose these). The loungers on the balcony were wonderful though! The elevator did quit working our last evening there and we had to haul everything down 4 flights of stairs the next morning when we checked out, but that was just a fluke thing (not sure what happened)! The negatives certainly did not take away from our overall experience by any means and I highly recommend this condo!

We stayed a week at 302 Chambre and had a great time! It was my husband and I and our 3 year old daughter's first time at Madeira Beach. It was the perfect place for our family vacation! The unit was just as pictured. Nice updates, wonderful balcony and views. I loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the beach. The beach was great because it was not crowded at all. There was always room at the beach and pool, and we never felt like there were too many people. As we walked the beach, we noticed it gets a lot more crowded the closer you get to John's Pass. John's Pass is within walking distance to Chambre. We walked there for dinner most evenings. We loved The Hut and Mad Beach Craft Brewery. If you drive (John's Pass, Treasure Island, etc) it is $5 to park at most places. We did drive to Treasure Island for dinner at Sloppy Joe's one evening. I would definitely recommend this place. It was our favorite. We also rented a boat for 4 hours from John's Pass. They had an easy map to follow to take you to either Clearwater or Shell Island. It was a blast! We saw so many dolphins, which our daughter loved! They were even following our boat at one point. We also took our daughter to the Tampa Lowry Park Zoo. It was a great zoo with a huge kid area with a splash park, rides, etc. We hope to come back to Madeira Beach and we would stay at Chambre again. We will definitely book through iTrip again as well. We have already been looking at places for next summer. The communication and service through iTrip was incredible. Directions for check in and and out were easy to follow, and when we contacted them when we first arrived for an extra key, he was there within 10 minutes. Thank you for an unforgettable family vacation!!

Wonderful Stay

We have rented condos for several years in Florida. Our stay at the Chambre was excellent. We were immediately greeted by others who owned units in the complex and they made us feel right at home. Then when we got up to our unit, we were impressed with how it looked....just like the pictures. During our stay we were checked in on electronically via email to make sure we were happy with things. Excellent amenities, beautiful view, could enjoy the sunset nightly from the balcony and nothing beats a cup of coffee overlooking the Gulf and watching dolphins. We will certainly be back, this was a very private facility with lock and key features on the pool and gate to the beach. We felt this controlled the usual unwanted public beach goers and this was a just one of the factors in our deciding that we will rent out this condo again.

We enjoyed a relaxing vacation with spectacular views of the sunset and dolphins at play in the mornings! The condo was perfect for us and just a few steps to the beach. The pool was beautiful too! We will definitely be back.
