We loved our time over Christmas! The condo was clean and we enjoyed ourselves. I think this condo would be perfect for 2! My college age kids came and it was a little tight. One was on the bunk bed in the second room and the other on the couch! Great location, great pool and hot tub! My husband and I will be back!

It's a great location short walking distance to the public beach. Loved the amenities in the place. I would say it does need a little more TLC overall with deeper cleaning and upgrading or cleaning the couches. Bunk bed is too large for the room it is in.

This was our first time renting a condo and it was wonderful!!!! Beautiful condo was clean and had everything we needed! Even beach chairs that we borrowed from the house! Would definitely rent again!!!

The location was amazing! A quick walk across to the beach and to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the Airbnb was very poorly supplied. I attended this trip with 3 other people. We were only supplied 4 towels and not enough toilet paper to make it through the 5 day stay. The unit was very clean and organized but was significantly smaller than the pictures on Airbnb. The room with the bunk bed was so crammed it was difficult for 2 people to walk around comfortably.

This is a beautiful condo. Located across the street from the beach with a crosswalk in front of the condo. The condo is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Within walking distance to Johns Pass, there are many dining and entertainment options.

This was a great place , They allowed to to add 1 extra kid over max. Very spacious, close to everything. Beach short walk across street and John's Pass is walking distance. Crabby Bill's has great seafood.

Great unit with a view of the ocean! Perfectly located just 0.4 miles from John's Pass and was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The unit itself was very well stocked with everything that we needed and we loved the full-sized bunk beds for the kids! One recommendation, get another beach chair or two. One is not enough. :)

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo. There were many nice changes this year (new couches, new floor) although we were very happy with the original . There is no longer an expansive view of the gulf as a new building is being built directly across the street, Instead there is a smaller view. You cannot beat the location of this unit, across the street from the beach and a few blocks from the bars, restaurants and shops at Johns Pass. We will be back.

Beautiful beach. It is walking distance from just about anything that you would want to do dinning, shopping, activities. If you are looking for a family vacation or a trip for two. I would highly recommend this location. Much better than some other places I have been too. Including Panama. Lets not forget the food. Wow... If you like FRESH crab without the franchise try Crab Shack. Trip advisor took great care of us. There was a mix up with the check in time and they completely understood and helped me. The only negative thing I can say is the shower head in the main bathroom needs changed it sprayed everywhere except me. Lol

Condo was as described. A bit cramped if you had more than 4 people, but for our needs it was perfect. A short walk to the boardwalk with great places to eat. Beach across the street was perfect, white sand, no crowds. Condo was in great shape, though internet was slow due to it being part of the overall resort. Netflix didn't work on the TV, so plan ahead. or rent a dvd from the redbox down the street.

We enjoyed our stay at the Madeira Bay Resort. It was a great condo comfortable, clean and well equipped. The only criticism I would have, the guest bedroom was very small and had 2 single beds which are small for adults. The guest shower needs a soap dish or some place to hold soap, shampoo, etc. Maintenance responds was excellent when the coffee maker did not work. It was immediately replaced. The condo was conveniently located within walking distance of John's Pass. Free parking and swimming pool and hot tub access were pluses as well. There is some sort of construction directly in front of the condo which spoiled the view of the bay and produced noise. The didn't detract from the condo but did affect the quality of the vacation. Bottom line: I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities one would want. The reasons for not rating five stars : The carpet out in the hallway is stained and this makes for a lousy impression. The sofa in the unit is quite uncomfortable. The cable channels were difficult to access and from it would have been very nice to provide a channel guide as one would find in any hotel room. The seating for meals is awkward. The counter top is not deep enough to accommodate the bar stools and the little table is too little for two people to enjoy a meal. We enjoyed our stay and the area but won't be back.

I stayed at this resort for 8 days. This room more than accommodated 4 woman. Very happy about the 2 bathrooms. The room was very nice, clean and large enough we were not on top of one another. The only downfall I seen was the water pressure. Thank You, we enjoyed our stay!

My daughter, her friend, and I had a great stay! The walk to the beach was close and easy to get to and John's Pass was just a few blocks away. The condo was very nice and in a good location. My only complaint would be that 1 extra garbage bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper are not enough for a 5 day stay with 3 people. :( I used my walmart bags as garbage bags for the last 3 days we were there because I refused to buy garbage bags on vacation! lol

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo last week. Our children are 7 and 9 and naturally their main concern was the swimming pool. The pool at this condo was well maintained and never crowded. By looking at the pictures I also thought the beach and johns pass was a much further walk than what it actually was. The condo itself was well maintained, the only complaint we had was the TV would turn off randomly. Normally we don't watch much TV on vacation so we weren't too concerned about the problem. Overall, we highly recommend this unit. It's in the perfect location and has everything you'll ever need.

Our stay was fantastic. The weather was great. Great Location. We were in walking distance to most restaurants and shops. It was much better than a stuffy motel room. It was small but clean and was just enough for our needs. I stayed last year with my sisters and again this year with my husband and 20+ year old daughter. I would definitely go back again and would recommend this facility to friends and family. clean, plenty of towels and enough dishes, etc in kitchen.

My boyfriend, my daughter and niece and myself all stayed at this condo at the end of July. The place was great and centrally located to everything. The beach is just across the street and Saint John's Pass is just a short walk away. The beach was beautiful and never really crowded. There are tons of ice cream shops all over. I suggest taking a short drive down to Pass-A-Grille Beaches for some excellent shells and over to Clear Water for fun cruises and shopping. The only down side to the condo is the second bedroom is pretty small so It my be cramped for two adults but it worked out for our two 11 year old girls. We would definitely consider coming back here! This is the second time we have booked a stay with itrip and both places exceeded our expectations!

The location of this condo is fantastic! Even though it rained the entire weekend we were there, we still were able to enjoy the local sights!. My only complaints about the condo, there were no beach towels. When we went to the pool, we had to take bath towels which left us short for showers. Also, the king bed is rock hard and horribly uncomfortable. My email and phone call went unanswered. I would stay in the area again, probably not at this condo though.

The condo was good value for the money and easy to get to the beach. The water pressure in the showers were too low, The microwave did not work. The condo is in a good location, easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.
