HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age policy is 25 years old. Valid photo ID may be required.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am

* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be pre-approved by Management in writing prior to the arrival date.

* NO SMOKING

* NO access to mailbox or having mail sent to the property.

* Max Occupancy: 3 people. Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) are not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time. If it is discovered that they are more guests than permitted, you will pay $100 fee per guest.

* You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Home is located in a residential neighborhood with a nightly Neighborhood Watch and we will be notified ASAP if this rule is broken.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines. If the Police are called out a second time, guests will be immediately evicted with no refund. Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Property Management as a result.  

MAXIMUM # OF OCCUPANTS: 3 people including infants/children
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction and fines.

QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am
No Outdoor Music  is allowed to be played during these times.
 
Please shut off Air Conditioner/Heat system, all indoor and outdoor lights, turn off fireplace and lock all windows and doors when leaving the home or not in use.

Please place all trash in the gated trash container by the parking area. Extra trash bags are provided under the sink. Trash day is Thursday morning. Please bring out bins to the curb by Wednesday evening.

Washer/Dryer is free and located in the upper level in the hallway. We do not provide laundry detergent.

I stayed here for about 2 months and it was perfect. Conveniently located and walkable to coffee shops and other restaurants. Lilly and the apartment manager were communicative, nice, friendly, and accommodating. I would stay here again!

We stayed at the Guerin House last year and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this summer. We hope to be back next year also. We love the convenient location. We can walk everywhere. The house is always clean and nicely decorated. It always has everthing you might need. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Lilly and Danny are always quick to respond to any of our needs. Overall it's a 5 star rating.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo for 3 months while in town to help our daughter with our new granddaughter! Lilly gave us a warm welcome and was very responsive to our needs which were few! The condo was sparkling clean, comfortable and met all our needs! Kitchen items, linens and towels were brand new! Walkable to just about everything! This rental is a real WINNER! Thanks for everything!
