The First floor of the complex is retail offering sushi, pizza/sports bar, a convenience store, nail salon and other amenities. Just a short drive or bus ride to Kaanapali, Lahaina and Kapalua. Several world class golf courses are within a five minute drive as are some of the best snorkeling spots on the island. In addition to golf, both Kaanapali and Kapalua brag of some of the best beaches, shopping and dining in all of Hawaii.

Packing for Kahana Manor is easy, as we provide our guests: iron, ironing board, hangers, hairdryer in the bathroom, towels and linen, beach towels, and a starter supply including paper products, trash bags, laundry and dish detergents, soaps and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Starter Supply
Your unit will come with a starter supply of personal toiletries and paper goods, individually wrapped and sealed until you open them. The initial supply includes a starter set of toilet paper and facial tissue in each bathroom, and paper towels and garbage bags in the kitchen, as well as starter-sizes of:

Kitchen - liquid dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen cleaning wipes, hand soap

Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, massage body bar, body lotion, makeup wipe, body wash, hand soap

iTrip Maui also provides a starter set of salt/pepper packets, and a welcome coffee pack (no filter required!) with sugar/creamer packets included.

Smaller sizes are provided to prevent waste - not everyone cooks & washes dishes on vacation. But we want you to have enough to get started without having to run to the grocery store before checking in! Starter supplies are not replenished.


 
We need the tenant to be 25 or older. The guests of the tenant may be younger.
Smoking is allowed outside only, in designated areas. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit or on the lanai.

Maui Marathon stay

We stayed at this condo while in town for the Maui Marathon. It was a nice location, with some food places close by (Maui Brewing Company was great) and within running distance of the marathon start. Close to beaches as well, and not far from excursions leaving from Lahaina Harbor. The accommodations were nice, with plenty of towels (including beach towels) provided, a huge refrigerator and a washer and dryer in the unit. The only complaint, which was actually kind of a big deal for us, was the noise level. It was NOISY all day. Somehow, the property across the street managed to run leaf blowers from sunup to sundown. Also, there are retail shops and a pizza pub downstairs, so there were trucks beeping and drunk people making noise well into the night. So, if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing location, this is NOT it.

Home away from home!

We loved our stay at the Kahana Manor! The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and bathroom/beach towels. Close to all the best beaches (Kaanapali, Kapalua, Honolua, Napili) and Front Street. The patrons of the bar on the bottom level can were a little noisy in the evenings but not a deal breaker for us. We were never hot in that apartment, even without AC. In fact, one night we were a little chilly. A few pot holders and kitchen washcloths would be nice. Kitchen is a little small, but I loved the full sized appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, sink, microwave) they made preparing meals quick and easy! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Kahana Manor 506! Check-in and check-out was easy and instructions were pretty clear and straightforward. It is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, a coffee shop, beach gear rental store, nail salon, gas station, and convenient stores. Also easily drivable to Kaanapali and Lahaina shops and eateries and beautiful beaches like Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua. The condo was beautifully updated and very clean. We were very pleasantly greeted with all the ceiling fans and lights on and beautiful and relaxing beach scenes and sounds on the TVs. It came furnished and equipped with just about everything you need, even beach towels, a beach chair and umbrella, deliciously scented Hawaiian toiletries, and a relaxing balcony view of the beach. It also was very reasonably priced and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We really felt at home away from home at Kahana Manor 506!

Excellent Location, Beautiful apartment

Highly recommend this modern, clean apartment for your stay in Maui. The apartment includes beach towels and other amenities. The location is close to great snorkeling beaches and you can see the water from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Week stay on Maui

This was a great place, newly renovated and very well maintained. Below the building is a local bar with good food, a snorkel shop, liquor store, and sushi place. There's also a small accessible beach just a short walk down the sidewalk. Great value for where you are located. Just one little detail is if you plan on cooking in the unit, be sure to get your own salt/pepper, oil, spices, etc. We had a great breakfast every morning there.

The location was awesome! Great place had everything we needed. It was quiet and safe at the same time. Convenient that there was restaurants, a store, and a nail salon on the first floor too!
