-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME (up to 40 pounds): A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

We booked this beautiful house for my mother’s 80th birthday vacation and it could not have been lovelier. The house is modern, tastefully decorated, beds comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities you would need. The best accommodation for us was the elevator to help with our elderly guests. The property is very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We are not used to having the main living space on the top floor and had to run up the stairs a lot for forgotten keys! There is an elevator for the heavy lifting but taking the stairs was the thing to do - our fitness trackers were plenty happy at the end of each day. The kitchen is perfect! We found everything we needed to cook and grill. When we weren't at the beach, we spent a lot of our time out on the covered deck on the top floor for some great people watching. We walked everywhere! This little town has everything you could need - a couple of restaurants, a late night bar, an ice cream store, a coffee store and a quick mart - all 2 blocks away. The grocery is a car ride away but quick if you take Dow Road! The management was very responsive via text whenever we had a question. 5 stars!

Our group of 9 (5 adults, 3 teens, 1 child age 10) loved our vacation experience at Pirate's Pier! The property is gorgeous, very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially loved that we didn't have to bring our own linens! There were all kinds of little nice things we enjoyed, like the floatie, the beach chairs, the puzzles, magazines, ping pong, fans. The abundance of bathrooms meant no one ever had to wait! Tons of room in the kitchen to cook and sit and eat. We spent most of our time out on the covered deck on the top floor. It was very hot out and there's a CEILING FAN up there! The location of this place was excellent, Kure beach is absolutely lovely. We walked everywhere (the beach, the little corner store, Jack Mackerels' restaurant) and only got in the car once or twice for a run to the grocery store, which was really quick thanks to the bypass road along the sound. Even the week before July 4, it felt relaxed and laid back and not at all overrun with tourists. Oh! and the management was AWESOME, very responsive via text whenever we needed something. 5 stars! A few specific notes if you're considering this property, which you should!!! 1. We very happy to find that we were able to fit 3 small compact cars in the driveway! 2. Because the house faces the "main road" in Kure beach (which is still not very busy!), there were a few times that sitting out on the deck was a little loud with the delivery trucks driving by. This was not an issue for us at all, as I said, Kure beach is still fantastically calm and low key. 3. This place does sleep 10, but please note that two of those people will be on the pullout couch in the living space. This was not a huge issue for us either because of the abundance of common spaces and bathrooms, but FYI 4. The owner's suite is SIGNIFICANTLY bigger and more lux than the other rooms, which you can tell from the photos. but be aware that the double room on the bottom floor has no window. Again, it was fine but FYI! OVerall, we loved this place and would definitely book again! 5 stars!

The layout of this property was just right for our small family reunion. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. The adults enjoyed the kitchen/family room open floor plan. The grandparents appreciated the elevator. And the dog loved the deck and walk to the beach! Thank you!

This was our first time staying at Kure Beach, and we could not have been more pleased with Pirates Pier. The home was very clean upon arrival, and it was so nice to not have to bring our own linens. With a mixed age-group that included elderly adults, the elevator was absolutely wonderful to have (not to mention how easy it made unloading the SUVs!) Our Thanksgiving meal was easy to prepare thanks to double-ovens. The boardwalk, beach and local restaurants are seconds away, and one can see the ocean easily from the two covered porches. The home is dog-friendly and has an enclosed backyard which was great for our two doodles. Lastly, iTrip Vacations was easy to work with, provided a wealth of information on the house/area, and was responsive when needed. We look forward to returning in the future!

I booked this place for a friends/family reunion. This place was exactly as described. Place was very clean and location was perfect. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and near by eateries. My family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious with plenty room. The kitchen had all the items needed to cook a family meal. The outside griddle allowed us to cook out on our first day there instead of searching for a place to eat. The game room had a ping pong table and the owner provided beach chairs and toys. The location was great for walking to the beach and pier. The owner was easy to contact and kept me up to date with any pertinent information. Stayed here with my family and it was fantastic. Very clean and up to date. Big enough kitchen with room for everyone to sit at table. Good sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Only thing we didn’t have was an iron and the very nice property manager dropped it off ASAP. Only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach.

We booked this trip 36 hours before departure and it all went smoothly. I got texts from Madison and she was so helpful with entire process. The house was great! 3 couples each had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen /living space and decks were great for hanging out. Extra fridge in garage was really helpful. We had never been to Kure Beach so the pier was really a great spot for activity. I found pickle ball at local park down the street. Had great walks, good convenience store on corner too. I will definitely be back and will offer my advice to anyone who wants a great beach trip.

Pirates Pier was the perfect home for my annual trip with all of my friends. My girlfriends and I had an absolutely beautiful vacation. The weather was amazing too! When we arrived the home was clean and welcoming for our family. We received several text messages through out our stay to ensure we were comfortable and needs were met.
