Such a great little condo - well kept, cozy, and well decorated. Close to lots of river trails, the river playground, and the Old Mill District. No need to go far! The only regret I have is that we couldnt stay longer. The property manager was also super quick to respond and helpful in all of my interactions Well definitely be back!

This place was clean and trendy. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The unit was walking distance to the playground. And the grocery store was so close by. Bob was very nice answering my questions with patience. I will stay in this unit again. Thank you, Bob.

We loved our stay at the Sea Breeze! Directly across from beach access, we could see the ocean from the living room. Fully stocked kitchen, each bedroom has its own bathroom, beach chairs if you forget your own, outside shower, a grill, great parking under house, perfect deck, and an elevator. What more could you need? What a wonderful stay at Folly Beach!

This place was lovely. Had up to date everything. Owner fairly quick at responding. The location very good. Unfortunately everything was closing down around us. We took advantage of the bicycles. Great looking over the balcony at the turtles and herons.

We had a wonderful stay at Silver Beach 503. The unit was just as described and check in was EASY. Our room was ready right at 4. It was wonderful to have our pet with us for our stay. It is also a very short walk from the walkway to the beach which made it very easy to go back to the room for lunch. restroom or get more drinks. We will definitely stay here again.
