We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location truly couldn’t be better—sunsets literally right from the balcony every night 🌅, and the beach was right there. Just hop on the elevator, walk out to the pool area, and you’re on the beach in seconds. We loved the hot tub and pool area, and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was perfect, the neighborhood was low-key and quiet, and everyone we met was friendly—even the guys doing building improvements. The condo was clean, updated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen supplies. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The washer and dryer were great (a little loud, but totally fine). We also had a laugh realizing the beach chairs were tucked away in the closet area on the balcony 😂. Mini golf was about a mile walk, and Caddy’s restaurant across the street had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we will absolutely be back!

What a beautiful and comfortable beach condo. Spent the week with my daughter enjoying the beach and Indian Shores. The condo was right on the beach and has amazing views. Family friendly beach with a pool. The comfy beds and great a/c were appreciated after a long day of exploring. The condo was clean, well appointed, and stocked with extra linens, towels and blankets. We will definitely be back and booking again!

Sand Castle I 607 is a lovely condo with beautiful views of the sunset. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked to be able to cook whatever we wanted. Just a short walk down to the beach or pool! It was great!

We can’t say enough how great and prompt the communication with the staff is. (Thanks Dan & staff). Like how units are fully stocked and always in good condition. This year was very apparent as we stayed later with another company and that was not up to ITrips standards (lesson learned). Would book this unit again.

This condo was located off the beaten path of Clearwater and it was very relaxing. It has all the amenities that you will need for the week and having laundry facilities is great. The beach and pool is right out the door. The sunsets are amazing and you will see dolphins most mornings. There is a restaurant across the road which is good and if you want to take a little walk there are a few around a mile down the road that are good especially the Guilty Sea. Great week with the girls that did not disappoint.

The condo was very nice, however not as clean as I expected it to be. Also, washer made so much noise when spinning, we could not hear anything else. Hopefully when they complete renovations, the grounds will be better. They closed the pool to replace pavers around the pool. There was no grill.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was nice and updated, property was clean, Beach was Amazing. Only recommendation would be a new spray nozzle at the feet washing station. Definitely recommend!!! We will be back.

Loved having super easy access to the beach! The rooms fit our needs as a family with 4 children. At the time of our rental, various products remained from previous renters or Itrip that were super helpful (salt shaker, oil, coffee filters, laundry detergent, paper plates). Additionally there were several toilet rolls per bathroom and several trash bags to use. Also, there were plenty of beach supplies (4 (2 sm/2lg) boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, small buckets and shovel) in the balcony closet which we enjoyed and added to. The condo could use a facelift (fresh paint to cover scuffs and past poor paint jobs) and some minor maintenance repairs (a door hinge was falling out of the frame). We did find some staining on the master bedroom sheets... they were clean but stained. I would suggest replacing them completely. Overall, this condo was convenient and fit our trip needs.

The location was very nice. The condo was roomy and we didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had a washer and dryer which was great. The beach chairs and umbrella was a great bonus. The condo was nice but when we got there the bathroom had mold and smelled because of the toilet on the level on top. ( no fault of their own) but I feel like they were kind of rude about the whole situation and the one set of bed sheets had stains on them we washed them and went about our day. I would recommend I just wasn’t happy with the rudeness!

We enjoyed our stay!!!! Please do away with sensors for the A/C to work. The house was nice very well updated. What I really enjoyed was it was right on the beach.

The weather and the stay was enjoyable. However, the condo appearance was disappointing. The furnishings were nice and fit the theme. On the other hand we had problems with AC but was taken care of in a timely manner. The condo needed painted, nail holes in the wall, scuff marks on walls, interior doors cracked and peeling. For the amount of money paid I was very disappointed 😞. Whoever is doing your cleaning needs to do better job the floor were really dirty we cleaned them.

Location was great. Access to beach good. Made calls and texted about two TVs in bedrooms not working. Yes one got back with us about solving the problem. Had two children in our group would have been extremely helpful to have working TVs to help with quiet time and bedtime for them. Very disappointed with yes resolution. Cleanliness was so so.

The condo was nice. My second year there. Stove top was cracked and had been cracked last year July but never reported. Someone came right away to order new one. Meanwhile I bought an electric skillet because I couldn’t use stove top.front door needs replaced. I liked the view and the buildings accommodations . Beach stuff should be cleaned and updated.enjoyed the stay will return.

The condo was clean and the view was great. The only complaint I have is that all electrical outlets should be properly wired so that no exposed wires are showing and all all electrical outlets covered. Thank you

This condo has the potential of being a 10 out of 10. We stayed here for 4 weeks starting Jan 7th 2023. The floors,master and second bathrooms, kitchen and both patio doors have been renovated to the highest standard. However the front doors are probably the originals and the interior walls could use a good paint job. We’re it not for this, I would rate this condo 10. The balcony overlooking the gulf is priceless. As a result we will be coming back again next January.

We had a great time in Florida!!! Our room met our needs perfectly!! The view was spectacular! We spent a lot of time just sitting on the patio. It was close to all of our planned activities!!! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were updated. The closet with the beach chairs and sand toys was a bonus. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The other guests were friendly. Lots of families! We had to change our travel plans a little but due to the Southwest airline disaster. I contacted to see if we could make a change and had a response within 15 minutes!!! Were able to add a day!

Upon arrival 9/17/22, one of the first things we encountered was that there were two elevators, but only one was working. And this was the case the entire week we were there. To complicate matters, there was a lot of construction going on in this building, so workers were also using the one elevator which was a little frustrating, since at times the door would open, but you couldn't get on due to no space available. The next thing that we encountered on arrival was that all the towels in the bathrooms were very damp, so we had to throw them in the dryer to be usable. The utility door for the washer/dryer was off track, so it was just barely hanging. The door to the condo only had the keyless entry lock, no deadbolt and door wasn't in the best condition, with daylight showing at the bottom. Shower curtain looked a little nasty and entire place could have used a coat of paint, and wall switches looked filthy. Best thing about this condo was the beach. Would probably not stay in this condo again.

We enjoyed our week's getaway at Sand Castle 1. Its a great location, right on the Gulf of Mexico. Unit #607 was fully equipped with everything we needed, witj a great kitchen, as we preferred to cook in daily, fantastic 180 degree views of the beaches, with a beautiful pool and hot tub that faces the beach and ocean was wonderful to have daily. The people who run this condo were very responsive to our needs and requests, making us feel comfortable. Abby, Heidi and Joe were very kind to us. I would highly recommend this condo. My husband and I plan to return again in the near future.
