We stayed in this newly remodeled unit for 3 weeks and I wish I could have stayed longer! Great location, beautiful views, comfortable furniture and beds. We had everything we needed for dinners at home when we decided to dine in and.the large dining room table made for many card nights While the kitchen is small, tthe open floor plan was perfecr for our family to all be together watching the ball games at night. Mornings were spent on the spacious patio watching for dolphins that visited every day of our stay. Then it was time to enjoy the pool and tennis courts. Just a short walk across the street is the beach --the host provided beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and kids toys. Many fine restaurants and bars are in the area and Smugglers Covei Mini Golf is right next door. The unit does not have a washer or dryer but the laundry room on the 4th floor is very clean and has several machines. We never had a problem getting a machine. Everything about our stay was perfect and we hope to rent this unit again in the future. 10 out of 10 rating!

If you haven't been to Indian Shores, you will enjoy this sleepy "town" on Gulf Blvd. To the north, Indian Rocks Beach for restaurants and to the south, St John's Pass for shopping and excursions. Bayshores YTC is a lovely complex that was very fortunate to have little hurricane damage. All amenities were open and well maintained. As we drove up and down Gulf Blvd and other towns, many condos were not so lucky with extensive damage. There are no yachts here but the tennis and pickleball courts were in very good condition. The pool area is terrific. It's on the East side so it only sees the sun for half the day in the shorter winter month days. The beach is truly only 5 minutes away and across the street. Unit 317 is very pretty and conveniently the end unit by the stairs which was faster than the elevator. This end unit provides more sunlight. The kitchen had everything - very well provided. The closet with beach toys and chairs was very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern and clean. The only issues we had was the water pressure seems very low in both showers - tough to clean your hair and the AC unit is in the hallway, therefore quite loud when you are home and watching TV in the main living area. We felt very safe and at home in this unit and complex and enjoyed our stay.

This condo is well maintained and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this specific unit and the complex as well. Please note if considering this that the balcony furniture is not as pictured and is now all high tops. If you like to sit on balcony to read and relax this furniture is not conducive to that. The beautiful beach is just across the street and access through a designated walkway. This is fine but keep in mind there are no restrooms available at the beach so a long walk back just to use a bathroom. We had couple minor issues and the team who oversees the I Trip listings is very responsive. Be sure to note the owners of this condo do not provide essentials such as toilet paper, garbage bags etc. There are starters of each. If driving easy to take these items with you but if flying not good as would have to shop to buy these things. But BE SURE to be aware of this so you are prepared. I work with Dan at I-Trip and he was great!!

This was our first time staying at this specific condo. usually we stay on the 2nd floor, but i’m glad we chose this unit this year! It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for my family of 4! Very updated and clean! I had an issue with the air and fans, i called and they returned my call almost immediately. The woman i spoke to was very helpful and the issue i had was solved in seconds! The view is stunning! Beds are comfortable and there was plenty of bath linen for the 4 of us for a week. Plenty of dishes and room to eat at the table. I cooked almost every night and had everything i needed from pots to pans, to utensils. The only thing i’d say that can be updated is the outdoor shower by the stairs to rinse sand off. the pressure is terrible compared to when we’ve stayed there in the past. Other than that, we plan to come back to this exact unit and make it our home away from home every year! ❤️

This condo was ideal for our family. Apon arrival it was very clean and comfortable. The master bedroom fit my husband and I with our daughter on a blow up twin mattress, which the bed was as dreamy as my own bed is! I had plenty of space for my belongings to fit in the dressers so we didn’t need our things thrown around the room all week. We had our own bathroom in suite and it was stocked enough so we didn’t have to run to the store on our first day or so. There is a second room with two twin beds that my kids grandparents stayed, which gave them privacy in the chaos of a family vacation. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. We had our boys on the pull out sofa in the livingroom. This was a very spacious condo for 4 adults and 3 children. The sunsets from the balcony with a coffee in hand and dolphins flipping by will leave you breathless as you prepare for a long day in the heat of Floridas weather. The balcony faces the bay so you can spot the dolphins, sharks or even manatees at anytime of day. Beyond the room itself, is the amenities. This is more of a family and elderly residential area so the pool was often not packed (as you know some places you don’t even want to go in the pool bc of wild kids and teenagers) and from this pool area you can see the bay right beside you as the boats and dolphins (on occasion) pass by! Also the fishing dock is right beside the pool so it is very convenient for my husband to fish and let the teenagers take the little kids to the pool since they are within sight. This pool has a hot tub, a shelter with plug ins for entertainment and two grills for public use. This way you can have dinner at the pool, charge your phone from the pool or even hook up your speaker. There is shuffle board and tennis on the property but I have yet to try either to give you a review. Finally the truth of what you’ve been waiting for….. the BEACH! It’s honestly just across the road. There is a paved path from your doorstep to the sand and you only cross one road. The walk is about five minutes in total if you are pulling a wagon and making sleepy kids walk beside you in the early morning. It’s probably a shorter walk if you aren’t dragging children around lol. But the beach itself is why I choose to vacation at Indian shores. It feels safe compared to the beaches near me. It is calm and clear with a long shallow area to play before it gets deep. The sand is clean and it is not over crowded in this area, so you actually have room to play football or frisbee on the beach. There is a pier if you walk south about 15-20mins, which I find a good amount of sharks teeth on my walk there! Overall the condo is as nice as you can ask for one to be and the resort is very peaceful and feels safe. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!

Booking our trip was super easy and affordable. When we first arrived we had a hard time getting into our room. All we had to do was send a quick text and had someone within seconds calling us and walking us through how to get in. Overall I recommend booking with itrip.

Great vacation! Bay Shore Yacht and Tennis Club 317 was our home for five weeks and we enjoyed all its amenities. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, fantastic views from deck and 2 walk-in showers. Our favorite activity was walking on the beach and in the many nearby parks. The new heated pool was a fun place to relax. And our favorite restaurant, by far, was Clear Sky!

Hi! We have stayed in this development several times and this unit had great updates! The kitchen had what you need to fix meals in and had a well stocked closet with beach chairs, cart, umbrella, etc. We enjoy the variety of things to do here from fishing off the dock on the property, beautiful beaches and clear water, to the gorgeous sunsets! We had a great trip with our adult children. It has been a long standing tradition and this unit made gathering for meals and game night fun and enjoyable. Only draw back was the new requirement to have a parking pass for our 2nd car, which Pinellas Rental company knew nothing about or how to get one. They read off the old rule of parking in a "900" numbered spot...which no longer exist. We got an "if your car isn't moved by 6pm it will be towed" sticker. Fortunately, the other unit we rented had one we could use. This is the only thing I can think of that this unit needs! Everything else was perfect!

BSYTC 317 was the perfect location for our Florida vacation. A great pool and a short walk to the beach. The condo was large with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and 2 walk-in showers. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with its view of the intercoastal. We’ll be back next year!

We stayed at this condo in Oct 2022 and enjoyed every minute. The place felt just like home. The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to have several of our local friends over for dinner. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock. I can't say enough about this place. We will be coming back next year!

We stayed at this condo for 7 nights. The condo was beautifully decorated and the complex was at a great location. The unit was nice and clean. Bath towels were provided, but beach towels were not so don’t forget to bring your own! The beach cart and beach chairs were a great addition making beach setup much easier.

Our family paid for a condo unit through pinellas vacations . The place did not communicate with their renters well at all. I had to call and get the codes for the unit. Also the air conditioning did not work in July. It was hot. Then our family had to be there all day 10 hours to babysit the people while they exchanged the unit out. Very hot and time consuming. No compensation offered for our loss time on vacation. Will not be going through this place again.

This guest WAS communicated with on her calls regarding the A/C. Unfortunately, things stop operating and it just so happened the A/C went out a few days after these guests arrived. The A/C company was there the next morning to replace the unit and the guests were told they did not have to stay in the unit during the repair. They wanted to be there to supervise. Also, the guest was refunded for two days of their stay as a result of the unexpected outage of the A/C for one day. Also, the code for entry to the unit was emailed to the guest a week prior to her arrival.

We very much enjoyed our stay in 317. It was clean and quiet. All the furniture was in great shape. The sunrise from the balcony was gorgeous. We had a good week of weather and the short walk to the beach was made easy with a provided wagon to tote our things. Great restaurants nearby and short drive from Tampa airport. My 4-year old loved the pool! There are two gas grills at the pool and a covered area with bar stools to get a break from the sun. The app controlled laundry was a breeze. My husband fished off the dock and enjoyed that as well. We will definitely stay here again. First time in Indian Shores but not last! Great family spot.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was peaceful and quiet. The sound was beautiful and the beach was a nice short walk away. The condo was beautifully decorated and we appreciated the beach supplies. The master bed sagged a bit but otherwise was comfortable. Our family loved our stay.

We had a very enjoyable time once again at Bay Shores. The only disappointment was the hot tub went out of order during our stay, which is something we look forward to using. The condo was very nicely remodeled! The king size bed was very comfortable! The unit was great!! We really enjoy watching the boats and dolphins on the inter coastal and then the convenience of just walking across the street to the beach, we search for this type of property when traveling to that area. My suggestion for the property would be to move the pool area back to where the tennis courts are so that it gets more sun. Indian Shores is the place to be!!
