We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at the Crescent Beach Club. The condo is spacious, nicely decorated and has a great view of the gulf. Also, the location is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and retail shops. In addition, Pinellas Properties is very responsive to all of our needs and is very easy to work with.

The condo and complex was very nice! Loved the big balcony and views! Also like the layout with both bedrooms having views of ocean. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. ITrip was great! They were very quick to respond to any issues we had! Would definitely rent through them again. Just a few issues we had with condo! Guest beds too soft and need new mattresses! Guest shower liner should be replaced. Kitchen stove and oven need to be cleaned. Pots and pans could be updated. Parking could be a problem if very busy. We didn’t have any issues this time of year. Over all condo was nice.

The pros for this unit are the view from the balcony is great, and the kitchen is nice and adequately stocked. Now for the cons. This was my second year staying for several weeks in 5F. My review from November 2022 (which is no longer listed) stated the dining room chairs were worn out and needed to be replaced. The cushioning was shot on them. I was very surprised when I returned a year later to find the same worn out chairs except now, the upholstery on them is torn in multiple places on each chair. I ended up buying a chair cushion and sitting on the cheap office chair they had in one of the bedrooms for the three weeks I was there. This is totally unacceptable for what I paid to rent this condo. Either iTrip never notified the owner of the condition of the chairs last year or the owner chooses not to replace them. I did let iTrip know of this issue on arrival this year and also that the carpets in the bedrooms were filthy. I also spoke to the Operations Manager. Crickets. They didn't offer to contact the owner, issue a discount or even offer an apology.

The View's Nice, But.......

The condo was spacious and has a wonderful oceanfront/beachfront view with beautiful sunsets seen from their outdoor balcony. However, our concern with this unit was the condition of the furniture and bedding supplies. The dining room chairs fabric was shredded and in need of recovering. We reported this condition to Itrip so they were aware that this was how we found them upon our arrival. We also found the bedding to be very flimsy, both sheets, comforters, and pillows on all of the beds. There was no blanket for the King size bed found in the unit. The beach chairs were old, and the one with mesh strapping had a broken strap. We understood that the Owner was only providing starter sets of toiletries and kitchen supplies, but the unit did not even have hand soap in the bathrooms or table salt in the kitchen, which we needed to buy. For the amount of rent that is charged for this unit, it is recommended that the Owners attend to the details mentioned above so guests feel welcomed and comfortable in this unit as if it was their own home that we are taking care of the time spent at Crescent Beach Club. We would not rent this unit again until we knew that improvements had been made.

We had such a great time at this property. The views could NOT be beaten, the condo was clean, the communication was quick, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. LOVED our time here and hope to be back soon!

My husband and I,as well as the other couple with us, found this condo to be perfect. With the 2 bedroom areas being separated by the living area both couples enjoyed privacy. The best part was the view. I will really miss waking up to the view of the gulf right from my bed. The sunsets were marvelous! The patio with access from both bedrooms and living room made it so easy to go out for morning coffee or at night to see the water reflecting the moon. Everything was very clean. We had plenty of everything. The kitchen was a dream for 2 of us to prepare meals together. (Loved having the shopping carts to bring our groceries up.) The beach in front of the condo was the best section along that stretch of Sand Key. We enjoyed 4-5 mile walks along the water almost every day. The host were very good about responding to a few issues that arose. The others in the condo building were very nice and welcoming. This was the perfect condo in the perfect location. We are looking forward to returning.

Great Beachfront Condo

We loved everything about our condo at the Crescent Beach Club. It was very spacious and the balcony was large with a great view of the gulf and the white sandy beach. Also, the location of our building was within easy walking distance of very good restaurants and retails shops, the residents and guests were very friendly and the pool, hot tub and grills were first rate.
