I have to say we were not impressed with this condo. The kitchen needs some attention! It is very dated! The faucet is barely hanging on! The living room furniture has stains and is very worn. We didnt even want to sit down. The bedding had stains and wasnt even clean. I stripped the beds and washed the linens. I even washed all the towels and wash cloths. I contacted the management through email and didnt get a response for 2 days. No apology just we will send the cleaners back out and maintenance to fix the faucet in the kitchen which they really couldnt fix without replacing it. Our last night there we were rudely woken up by a drill and banging at 2 am. I asked if they were going to be done soon and the response was yes man. The noises went on for another 45 mins. I guess someone got locked out and they had maintenance trying to get them in. The only thing that was great was the views from the patio. We have stayed in other condos through this company and were a bit better than this one.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with the condo. But that is not the usual response we get from guests on this unit. The guest that checked in right after you is already raving about the place and planning on returning. We will look into any defective faucet though. Yes, a guest got locked out that one night. Thanks for pointing out that we do have very good service and are willing to come out late at night when needed.

The unit was amazing. The pictures online dont do it justice! The view- amazing. The beach is an uncrowded area but walking distance to shops and ice cream. Short drive to anything and everything else. Communication with management was surperb. Truly the best vacation rental weve had!

We have been coming here for several years. The accommodations are always top notch. There are a lot of things to do in the area. We rarely leave. The beach is where you’ll find us. Just steps from the condo. Love our balcony. See you next year.

The condo was spotless. I especially enjoyed the ice maker. There were no surprises. The balcony is where we spent most of our time when we weren't on the beach. The view was amazing. We watched the stars and the moon late into the night. The sand was powdery and cool. We put up a tent every day that was supplied for us and camped on the beach and watched the sun go down. There were lots of chairs and an umbrella also. Beds were comfortable, the place well decorated. We went on the tugboat, "Little Toot" in Clearwater to watch the dolphins, we weren't disappointed. We ate at a wonderful restaurant called, The Bait House. Best clam chowder I ever had. The shrimp dish, to die for. I highly recommend this place and this area. Oh, and the homemade ice cream across the street!!

Amazing view, very clean, close to shopping, food, and bars. The site was easy to use and quick to respond. Definitely will use again! Indian rock beach Florida is stunning!!

There was a very bad smell to the place upon arrival. We were able to air out the place but the smell persists particularly in the fridge which otherwise looks to be clean.The front door is somewhat grubby. We are unable to lock the sliding glass doors.The unit was clean inside and we do not fault the cleaners for the short comings

What can I Say? Way better than my expectations. And I have High Expectations!!! House was immaculate, View was spectacular, parking was no hassle, code entry no problem, everything worked, furniture was outstanding, etc.etc.etc. Great experience. I didn't want to leave.

I could not asked for a better stay anywhere. Rooms were very nice, view was incredible, right on the Gulf of Mexico, everything worked, TVs and cable were outstanding, location-location-location!!! Thank-you for the most memorable week I have had in Tampa. The location and the accommodations were exquisite. I will come back again and again!!
