This was an absolutely disgusting condo! The floors had obviously not been vacuumed in a long time, the dryer lint trap was full and very thick with lint, the master bath had hairs in it and was lined in mold (even after they sent the maid back). The dishwasher was still full of dishes. Not trusting the cleaning others did, we washed all the sheets again including the mattress pad that was stained. There was a wad of used tissues under our bed and 2 huge stains on the mattress. The overhead light in the kitchen were cracked and had layers of dust...

Great location and good set-up. Very much like the spiral staircase to the pool area. Furniture comfortable if dated and somewhat worn. Some problems with bugs in the kitchen and mice droppings. Wall paper torn in second bedroom. Good price for monthly rental, and would gladly do it again next year.

The Reef Club has many great condos, some more updated than others. We were looking for a 3 BR for a bargain price, and this fits the bill. That being said, you get what you pay for. This place had everything we need, but there are many updates that need to be made. Don’t expect a high end rental. If you’re okay with a basic condo with ample sleeping space and excellent location, this is the place for you.

I took my (disabled) mother, and 3 kids (10, 7 and 2) for a 5 day trip to IRB. We were delighted with our condo, which my toddler dubbed "The Pink House". It was dated, as you can see in the pictures. Cosmetic stuff mostly, peeling wallpaper, no hot water in the master bathroom sink, low water pressure. That said....the condo was clean and well stocked (though....bring lots of towels lol). Conventiently located, clean pool, gorgeous beach. Nice park directly across the street. We even found a playground within walking distance (on 10th), and you can walk a block down Gulf to The Kooky Coconut for ice cream or a phenomenal chicken Cuban!

The view was amazing but the shape of the condo was not up to our standards. The kids bedroom was literally falling apart. The walls were cracking, the paint was all chipped. One of the beds were broken. The spare bathroom the plug sparked and burned up the first day when we plugged a hair dryer in. We had 4 towels in the whole condo. We have 7 people and it made it difficult to shower. The master bath never once had warm water. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is about to fall apart. Lastly, there were several cockroaches in the kitchen. Very disappointing to spend the money we do to receive the condo in that kind of shape. The beaches are beautiful but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The unit is pretty out dated and needs some TLC basically in every aspect. As far as the property is concerned, I’d give that a 9.5 outta 10. About the unit (#108). -carpet was dirty / stained in several places. We moved a bed for a little extra space for a blow up mattress we brought with for our youngest child and I don’t think the floor had been vacuumed in 6 months - Kinda inky... Same bedroom had wall paper peeling off the walls in plain sight. Bathrooms were kinda filthy, nothing was really organized and neat. The handle on the sink came off in my hand first time turned on, but I was able to repair it myself. Both couches in the leaving room are brown leather (and rather comfortable actually) but all the leather is peeling / flaking off thus creating a real mess on the floor everyday that requires vacuuming, with a vacuum that’s not in that great of shape. On the 3rd day, the sliding door to the patio / pool busted and came off the track, but luckily I was able to repair that also. The ceiling in the kitchen is all broken light covers and rather distasteful. Several chairs in the dining room are wobbley and need repairs. On a positive note, the kitchen was outfitted with plenty of supplies for cooking meals, but it would have been nice to have real silverware, not mostly plasticware... Overall, we would certainly come again because we realized early on that we were paying for the facility (pool, hot tub & ocean / beach access). But, I will say, we feel that the overall weekly price is a bit high for the condition of the unit itself, but if some minor improvements / repairs / upgrades would be made, our position would be different and this review would have been much more positive.

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!....this unit is very very outdated and dirty ... dust everywhere ...the furniture in the living room was dusty and cracking... the queen bed in one of the rooms had a broken leg on it so it tilted... black mold all around the shower doors and rust all around the drain in one of the bath room ... 2 TVs didn't work and 2 burners on the stove didn't work, we never tried the oven... the reef club itself is great the pool area was fantastic... the view of the beach was great ...we will NEVER stay in unit 108 again but we would go back to the same building but a different unit

I would have given 5 stars but we had an issue with the original condo we rented. Unit 111 was not fit to stay in, smelled of cat urine, master bedroom carpeted floor was soaking wet, like something was leaking. We called the company and they got back to us within minutes and moved us to condo 108. The 108 unit has older dcor but it was clean and well kept. The view from it was amazing. I would rent it again. The view was spectacular. I applaud the company for making a bad situation into a positive one and within minutes. They felt really bad about it.

We had a 2 week stay at Unit 108. It is very dated and neglected but the exterior amenities more than made up since we were inside so very little. Beautiful, large pool area; great beach access; tennis court that the kids loved; and a hot tub to relax in after a day of touring. Also, I cannot say enough positives about the management company and their response to our immediate concerns (patio door is old/damaged and would not secure, smoke detector did not operate, some light bulbs needed replacing). But if mold and dust is a concern for you, perhaps try another unit in this building. It has been reported, with a suggestion on how to rectify, so hopefully that will be fixed before the next occupants arrive. Also, the cleaning person has been asked to spend a little more time with vacuuming the carpeted rooms. Review photos carefully before making your unit choice.

Wonderful view of the beach, and pool love the spiral steps leading to the balcony, parking not so great, condo needs a little upgrade, cleaning crew could use more detail to dust and finger prints, carpet is old and smell like stale beer, dishwasher, wash machine loud, vacuum does not work and light above wet bar

when I arrived at this condo I was absolutely disgusted at the filth. there was years of dust all over the place. It was so dirty I could not even use any crockery or cutelry in the cuboards as they were coverd in grease and dust.THE SHOWERS HAD MOULD AND SLIME around the edges. The doors would not lock there was just a piece of wood holding them closed.Idid complain about this on arrival I was tl oold I could not be moved but the cleaner would come back.Iwould advise you to tell the cleaners to move furniture and clean underneath as I didn't appreciate someone elses dirt under all the furniture.I was actually physically sick on 2 occasions so we decided to leave this place on the Wednesday instead of Saturday.Iwould never recommend this place to anyone it should be avoided at all cost. How you can charge all the money you charge is beyond me.What should have been a pleasant relaxing week in beautiful indian rocks beach turned out a nightmare.
