This waterfront Florida home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home that is fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. Private dock with canal access to the Gulf of Mexico, kayaks, paddle board, and fishing poles available for your use during your stay!

This home is fully equipped to meet all of your needs during your stay, with linens and towels provided. The kitchen is also completely set up for you to cook a gourmet meal, for dining in. You will find a king bed in the main bedroom, Twin bunk over full bed with a 32" TV in the second bedroom with desk space, and full bed with twin trundle, a 32" TV in the 3rd bedroom.

**Please note, there is a dock on the property, but there are not moorings or ropes available to secure a boat or watercraft to the property's floating dock, make sure you have your own ropes. There is a public boat ramp at Hudson Beach to put in your boat.**

Frequently Asked Questions


iTrip-Palm Harbor, the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as follows: Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit 3 BD Waterfront w/Private Dock and Access to the Gulf, Kayaks Available, Pet Friendly, Pool during the entire reserved dates. Only guests in the orginal reservation are authorized to occupy or use the premises. Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the Premises, Tenant shall vacate the premises immediately without any refund.

Early Check-In (ECI) OR Late Check-Outs (LCO). In some instances, we may have to charge a $35.00 fee if a ECI or LCO is requested. This requires staff to create new codes and add cleaning staff to ensure house is ready for next guest. We will always try to accommodate you as the guest and make your stay the best it can be. Please reach out immediately if you would like to request an ECI or LCO so we can prepare staff and update codes.
​-  A 50.00 additional cleaning fee will be charged for all stays greater than 14 days. 

- Boat LIft must be up position when you leave.
- Trailers cannot be parked in the street as per the county. Do Not Leave Boat Trailers on street. You are responsible if it gets towed away.


Dogs are permitted only (No Cats) on properties advertised as pet friendly and with host pre-approval. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises, the Tenant and all guests will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.  Unauthorized Pets on the property subject the Tenant to a $500 fine.
If the property is advertised as pet friendly, then the following provisions apply:
  • We allow pre-approved dogs for a fee of $120/trip and are subject to the medical and damage provisions of this agreement.
  • All pets must be up to date on rabies and other vaccinations. 
  • All pets must be treated with a flea and tick repellent 3 days prior to arrival.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste.
  • Pets are not allowed onto the furniture or on the beds at any time.
  • Pets must not make excessive noise.
  • Pets must not damage, chew or relieve themselves inside the property.
  • Pets must be crated when left unattended.
  • Guest must observe all local rules, regulations and ordinances regarding pets at all times.
If pets cause any damage, or the property requires additional cleaning the guest will be charged the cost of any repairs or clean up.  The guest authorizes their credit card to be charged directly for the repair or cleanup cost.
You are responsible for any damages caused by any pet.  You take full responsibility for your pet and hold iTRip- Pam Harbor and OWNER harmless. 


Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description.  Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight.  Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.


No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. 


Smoking is strictly prohibited. You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  Or you will be billed a $500 penalty for violating the Smoking Policy.  Smoking includes all forms of tobacco, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.


None of iTrip-Palm Harbor, or the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises;  (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or other reasons beyond their control.  This includes the use of any amenities that could include, hot tub, pool, bicycles, wagon, games, BBQ, appliances, fire pit, etc. The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner iTrip-Palm Harbor free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
