CLEANING AND DISINFECTING ENHANCEMENTS

Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the resort. We are frequently using EPA-approved products that kill the COVID-19
virus on all of our high-touch surfaces and restrooms, and we are applying enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices across
our resort, including in our gondola cabins.

A new parking area features covered waiting areas and complimentary shuttle service that stops at both the parking lot and the Grand Hyatt before dropping skiers at the new East Village skier services facility.

The facility offers equipment rentals, lift tickets, overnight ski storage and private lesson meet-ups just steps from the new high-speed Keetley Express chairlift.
For those arriving via US 40, we are thrilled to announce that there are now a couple of options for parking. One option, with limited parking spots is the Jordanelle Gondola. Parking usually fills here by 8:30 a.m. on most days.

Additionally, a significant upgrade to your Deer Valley experience this season: 500 new day skier parking spots have been added at the new Deer Valley East Village, a new resort gateway off of US 40. 


These new spots are free and conveniently located to enhance accessibility and streamline your day on the mountain.

The parking is located a short shuttle ride from the base terminals of the new Hoodoo Express and Keetley Express chairlifts.

 

To return to the East Village, guests can ski down from Silver Lake via McHenry run, a two-mile green trail that provides direct access back to the base area.

For end-of-day access, the Aurora lift operates until 4:15 p.m., allowing skiers to return to the East Village base area.

The East Village expansion includes the new Keetley Express, a state-of-the-art chairlift featuring heated seats and an automatic bubble shield. Additional terrain expansion is expected to open MLK weekend 2025, with the new Hoodoo lift scheduled to begin operations in the coming weeks, providing beginner-friendly terrain similar to Snow Park.

A permanent day lodge at East Village is planned for the 2027-28 season.

Skiers can check real-time parking updates and lift status online, and through the Deer Valley app. Those with ski school drop-offs should continue to use Snow Park as their access point

As indicated on the rental agreement, all iTrip Park City properties have a strict no-party policy. 

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors. 

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing. 

Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

We had a great stay...we easily fit our 3 adults and 4 kids in the home. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Due to one kiddo being scared I ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa with a child the first night and I was surprised to fid it was also quite comfortable. The home is spacious. Lots of steps :) Hot tub was good...didn't seem "hot" but a good warm. Views were great!

Truly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, beautifully appointed home with spectacular views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley ski slopes. Stayed here with my family of six. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Hot tub was amazing an we loved having availability of games to play in the evening. Quick drive to downtown Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons resorts. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Picturesque stay near downtown parkcity

If you're looking for a property that's new & super well appointed, with fantastic views from 2 balconies on separate floors, then this is the place to stay. Did a quick girlfriends trip, the stay was fantastic. Very clean well appointed bedrooms and 2 living spaces make this awesome for a group, top floor even offered its own coffee station. Art work in all the spaces makes it feel very luxurious. Kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed for making meals to wine time. Views of the Jordanelle reservoir are uninterrupted, sunsets were fabulous while we sat on the balcony to enjoy with a glass of wine. Hot tub was a welcome evening wind-down. Historic Main street Park city was a quick drive from the residence. Views of the ski resorts are everywhere. Lots of nice hiking places nearby and many places to dine from breakfast to dinner. Loved it, will stay here again.

We stayed three weeks and had a good time. House was good location and beautiful view of the mountain House had most all we wanted For longer stay it will be nice if they can provide vacuum cleaner and mop for cleaning Also Owner should give mailbox key and garage door opener to Mgmt company
