No Party Policy

As indicated on the rental agreement, all iTrip Park City properties have a strict no-party policy. 

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors. 

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing. 

Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Great Place, poor management

Our stay had its highlights, but the check-in process was very stressful. We were given incorrect instructions to email someone who would meet us at the property, only to find out mid-transit that this person was no longer an employee. After multiple calls, we finally reached iTrip, who provided a different address and new check-in instructions. However, when we arrived, the instructions were unclear, and the actual address did not match what we were told. The WiFi password provided was also incorrect. That said, the location was great—within walking distance to the Payday and Crescent lifts (though uphill) and about a 15-minute walk or inexpensive Uber ride to downtown and the grocery store. The space was well-equipped for cooking, which we appreciated. The host was very nice and easygoing, but iTrip’s management was frustrating. We started with very little toilet paper, and although they eventually provided more, they were reluctant to do so despite their repeated messages about letting them know if they could do anything for us and wanting to “elevate our stay.” Overall, the property itself was great, but poor communication and mismanagement by iTrip made the experience more stressful than it should have been.
