This spacious and modern multi-level Deer Valley Jordanelle family home is beautifully finished and boasts all-things luxury throughout its 3,200 square foot interior! The home features 4 large bedrooms, which that can sleep 10 people comfortably, 3.5 high-end bathrooms, a large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious theater room with brand new projector and 100" projector screen, 2-car garage, private hot tub and 2 private covered balconies. With hand picked furnishings and décor throughout, all of it's features and amenities make this property the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with family and friends. This huge home not only offers sweeping mountain views above one of Utah’s most popular reservoirs, the Jordanelle Reservoir, but also is perfectly situated just minutes from the Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley Resort.
The main floor living room and gourmet kitchen is the center of the home and is fully equipped with large furniture and sofa, stone mantle with gas fireplace, access to your private balcony and stunning mountain views from surrounding windows. The home was spared no expense in providing you with everything you need to enjoy your own unforgettable vacation. Our open concept and comfortable home will provide you with all of the finest in furnishings and fixtures – allowing you and your family the opportunity to enjoy, relax and entertain!
The gourmet kitchen features a complete range of stainless steel appliances including high-end gas stove, dishwasher, French-door fridge, microwave, small household appliances and more. The hardwood cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, corning ware, dishes and flatware, enough to prepare a lavish 5-course meal. There is tons of counter space to prepare and entertain friends and family and the counters are also nicely finished in a dark and light speckled granite stone. Just off the kitchen is the formal dining room area with dining table and comfortable seating.
Upstairs is where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are situated and on the upper landing, there is also a large desk and work area.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, HDTV with entertainment center, large closets and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a his and hers vanity with granite counters, beautiful hardwood cabinetry, large walk-in shower and separate jetted Jacuzzi bathtub.
The second bedroom is a corner room and features a queen size bed with modern fabric bed frame, dresser for storage, vaulted ceilings, large closet and oversized window. The second bathroom again features granite countertops, an extra long counter with vanity and oversized walk-in shower. The second bathroom is shared between the two upstairs bedroom suites.
The third bedroom features a queen size bed with beautiful modern fabric bed frame, hardwood dresser, closet, vaulted ceiling and bay window seating nook.
Head downstairs to the lower walkout level and that's where the final guest suite, theater room, 2nd patio and lounge area with pull out sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).
The fourth guest bedroom (4) features a king size bed, comfortable linens and bedding, walk-in closet, dresser and really has a feel of a second primary suite.
The downstairs walk-out basement has a leather sofa with pull out sleeper sofa bed, which can accommodate another two (2) guests. From downstairs you can immediately access your second patio area with stunning views of Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Resort.
**Additional Unique Feature**
Completely unique to this home is that it has an elevator. If you require this amenity, please communicate with us ahead of time and we will have it set-up for your stay at an additional fee. We'd request that children don't use it and/or treat it as a toy. It's not only expensive to maintain and fix when broken, but also because we need this feature when we visit our home with family

Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the resort. We are frequently using EPA-approved products that kill the COVID-19
virus on all of our high-touch surfaces and restrooms, and we are applying enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices across
our resort, including in our gondola cabins.
Park City has so many wonderful resturants and dining options! Our favorite spot for brunch and coffee is Five Seeds (1600 Snow Creek Drive), where many locals like to start their day. My personal favorite is the shakshuka and the kids love their hot cakes! During busy season plan to go early if you can to avoid waiting for a table.
Main Street Pizza & Noodle (530 Main Street) is a fun family friendly pizza place right on Main, Park City Provisions (221 Main Street) is a favorite lunch spot and you can eat in or take your gourmet goods to go. For dinner many guests enjoy the seasonally-driven menu at Riverhorse on Main (540 Main Street), Chimayo offers unique Southest inspired dishes and reservations can be made online, Tupelo has a global inspired menu (508 Main Street), and for modern American cuisine we love 350 Main (350 Main Street). You really can't go wrong dining at any of these establishments!

We want everyone to have a great stay but we understand that things may break or some items may get overlooked. Please reach out and we'll do our best to get them fixed in a timely manner.
We do ask that all guests TAKE TIME TO BE KIND. Common courtesy goes a long way. Sadly since the pandemic we have all witnessed an increase in disrepectful, aggressive or unacceptable behavior. Our team has taken a lot of abuse as they have experienced some very unkind guests.
Misunderstandings are one of the leading causes of complaints. Please make sure you read everything we send to you. This includes the entire rental listing, all of our house rules, all photos, all emails & texts and all the help articles in your iTrip account. This helps avoid misunderstandings.
For our own safety and security we have a zero tolerance rule with guests who are rude, abusive, discourteous or argumentative. We do not and will not engage any more beyond asking them to read our TAKE TIME TO BE KIND policy.
