9943 Meer is a very well-appointed luxury accommodation with beautiful furnishings, decorations, and thoughtful touches throughout including excellent kitchen furnishings, filtered drinking water, wonderful hot tub, gas fireplace, and home theater quality TV/audio. All of this in a great location a couple minutes from the DV gondola. Highly recommend.

Well appointed home near Jordanelle Gondala!

Beautiful 4 bedroom home in the new Mayflower Lakeside community, across the highway from the Jordanelle gondola (easy access to Deer Valley skiing). Also across the street is the new Mayflower ski resort (not yet open). We enjoyed the hot tub after our ski days and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The home is pretty high tech - from heated floors in the downstairs bathroom, fancy shower on/off and temperature system, electric fireplace, electric blinds, thermostat system, garage and house coded entry…some things took awhile to figure out how to use and we had to reach out to management. That would be my only recommendation to the homeowners - to keep a binder in the house with more detailed instructions on how to operate things. Including the dishwasher! Well decorated except I personally thought there were way too many fake plants throughout. Overall, this is a beautiful new and well appointed home. We would definitely stay again!
