Location

Deer Valley East Village is located 1.6 miles away, offering lift access, dining, and ski services. Jordanelle Reservoir and Marina are equally close for boating, swimming, and fishing in summer. Park City Mountain Resort is 8.6 miles and Historic Main Street Park City is 9 miles away. The home provides easy access to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and water activities throughout the year.

Where Everyone Gathers

The main living room features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, large windows with mountain views, an HDTV, and comfortable seating. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with seating, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and standard small appliances.

The dining area seats eight at the main table with additional breakfast bar seating, adjacent to the deck.

The lounge-level family room offers HDTV, a game table, an entertainment system, a sleeper sofa, and a walk-out patio with access to the hot tub.

Outdoor Living

The upper deck features a dining area with a gas grill, offering stunning views of the mountain and lake. The lower patio features a private hot tub accessible from the family room. A heated 2-car garage provides covered parking plus additional driveway parking.

Beautiful property and great location. We had plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. Having a private bathroom for each family was a huge plus. We enjoyed shopping in Park City, golfing in Midway, and quiet evening walks to the Jordanelle shoreline and playground. We look forward to coming back soon.

The Perfect Place for a ski trip

We had myself and four other ski buddies, and we had room to spare. The unit is well equipped, and the beds and furniture were comfortable and good quality. The property was everything we expected, and was even better than expected because the roads to the property are not steep, so when it snowed, we didn't have any problems driving. Working with the property manager was great, with quick responses. The location is perfect for a ski trip since it is right across from the Jordanelle ski gondola lift (only a 3 or 4 minute drive to the lift). The unit was clean, and everything worked properly. We would love to stay here again for future ski trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The four king suites + bunk/trundle bed were a perfect fit for our group of 9 adults and 2 grandchildren. The gameroom and hot tub provided additional fun and relaxation. Nicely appointed furnishings and decor. Kitchen was better equipped than any other short term rental we’ve stayed in. Management communication was thorough and responses were rapid. Very convenient to Deer Valley, Park City, and Heber City. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!
