I wrote a great review of the house 1195 Lowell on October 7, but this review is about the management company, iTrip. They were good on the front end but have failed to keep their end of the deal of after writing a great review, they would send a Starbucks gift card. It is a minor dollar amount but it is the principal of the matter. ITrip didn’t send link for free Starbucks as indicated within 7 days so I’ve been communicating with them since October 16 and still nothing. How difficult is it to honor your offer for a gift card? Should be pretty simple , and I’d bet I’m not the only one not receiving their offer.

This was a great house for multiple families to share. Within walking distance to the PC Mountain lifts and downtown PC. Very clean. Management company was responsive.

Overall we had a great trip to Lowell 1195. The location is unbeatable, it is an easy ski in from Kings Crown followed by a 30 second walk or a less than 10 minute walk from the main Park City base (it is uphill back from the base). It is also an easy 20 minute walk to many places in Old town park city, and a short 5 minute drive to major grocery store. The beds were all extremely comfortable and there was more than enough space for the 8 adults we had. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with and plates/bowls. Very few cups. Be aware that the parking is very tight - the garage "fits" two cars, but it is tight to walk between the cars out of the garage especially with the 3 large trash cans and this is the only entrance you have for the house and you are not given any other key. If you don't have 2 cars, garage is plenty large enough We had a few issues on our stay, but iTrip addressed all the issues we brought up quickly but so future guests are aware: -The private driveway is shared and is a steep entrance that was extremely icy our first day and our 2WD drive struggled to get up several times. -The second night the hottub was green, cloudy, and overall smelled horrible with no chlorine in the chlorinator. We were disappointed that it hadn't been serviced between guests, but iTrip did respond quickly and it was fully cleaned and chlorinated and able to use the next day. -The grill took 30 minutes to get up to temp to cook on (and it was not cold outside) and then was so slow we had to finish our dinner inside. -The master bedroom has a 2 head shower, but one of the shower heads does not work for warm water -The trash was completely full when we got there because trash pick up occurs once a week and not after every guest. They were able to schedule an additional trash pick up that happened on day 3 of our stay. All in all the responsiveness of the host made the trip excellent and would recommend for others looking for an affordable comfortable place to stay close to Park City.

House was exactly as described. Hot tub was broke but iTrip had someone out there less than 12 hours later to fix the issue and hot tun was up and running.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect house for 2 families to enjoy with plenty of open space and 2 car garage. Kids loved the outdoor hot tub at night. Everyone at iTrip was very helpful and responsive. Lots of stairs in the house (3 levels) so would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Walking distance to the mountain but on a hill. Parking is also easily accessible. Would highly recommend for any families or larger group looking to enjoy Park City.

The Park City ski house was nice. It had a lot of room and was ~5 minutes walking from the lift. The house is on a hill, so going to the slope is downhill and coming back is uphill. The house is ~15-20 minutes walking from Main St so you’ll likely need to Uber anywhere. Also, Ubers sometimes have a little difficulty finding the place because it’s up the hill. The place was 4.5 stars (great spot but the hot tub was dirty). I’m giving 4 stars only because I thought the customer service could be improved. Despite the property not being reserved for multiple days before our stay, we were charged $25/hr for an earlier check-in. I requested the rationale for the fee, but none was provided - likely a nickel & dime exercise.

This condo location is wonderful and is a close walk to Main Street and Park City Resort, Very clean and lots of room for a family of six. There are quite a few stairs so elderly needs to be aware. No problems with our family stay. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Our annual ski pilgrimage with the guys was stellar in Park City. The home was nicely laid out and had plenty of space for large gatherings to entertain. We were able to park the Escalade in the garage. The hot tub was hot and bedrooms were well furnished with multiple baths. Access to the PC’s parking lot is 2 blocks away. Also 2-3 blocks away are fun spots to visit on main - Alpine Pie (Checkout the basement for the distillery), Crystal Park Cantina, High West, etc. Con’s: firmer pillows and upgrade the coffee maker (old).

I rented this lodge and two others as part of a birthday celebration to come out to Park City for the weekend. It was extremely convenient in it's distance to Park City Mountain and very walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. The lodges were extremely nice with great views of the city and mountains in the distance. The lodges were equipped with everything we needed from towels, dishes, washers/dryers, hot tubs, etc. It was an epic weekend with our group of 30 and we certainly plan to go back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at 1195 Lowell avenue in Park City we enjoyed that accommodations and would like to come back. the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived but they took care of the problem in an efficient manner. 1 things I would work on is returning calls.if you say in 20 minutes to return the calls in 20 minutes and make sure the customer receives an answer. Other than that it was truly an enjoyable experience thank you

We would have given 5 stars except the wi-fi/internet was awful. It was very slow and we often could not connect. The passcode we were given asked us for information that was not provided.The experience with the house was great and we would lease again when the internet is fixed.

We rented this property for a family wedding. We also rented the property next door (1177 Lowell) for even more family. Ideal! Both places were very spacious, and connected by a catwalk at the main floor. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms - critical for wedding prep. Something those of you dealing with physical limits need to know - this house (like many houses in Park City) is built into a mountain. There were 3 1/2 levels, and several flights of stairs. Grandma was challenged and always needed help to move from one floor to another. There are two nice bedrooms on the first floor (only 3 stairs to access those) but the most accessible shower is on the main floor (another 8 stairs). We made it work because we had several able-bodied adults to help navigate. If stairs aren't an issue, this is a great place with a great location. Highly recommend.

This is a phenomenal condo! Plenty of space for at least 8 people to stay comfortably. We all loved the layout and furnishings; it was so nice we wanted to just stay in the condo the whole time. Great views over the town of Park City and a nice private hot tub on the back deck. Easily walkable to town (about 10 minutes), but not ideal if you can't handle stairs or a somewhat steep hill. Short walk to the mountain base/lifts, although not very practical if there's a lot of snow (there is a shortcut that uses some steep, narrow stairs) and too far to walk in ski boots. Will definitely want to stay here again!

This home is located close to everything and was a perfect place for 9 of us to stay and enjoy the fun activities Park City has to offer. We walked less than a 1/4 of a mile to the Lift Ticket window and chair lifts by the Marriott. A short walk to Main Street and we were surrounded by fun shopping, restaurants, and even a great music venue.

We had a wonderful stay at 1195 Lowell Ave. The home is beautiful, comfortable and maintained very well. We cooked almost every night and spent a lot of time there. My only complaint would be the kitchen lacking a few necessary things that we had to purchase, like pot holders, kitchen towels and bowls. Other than that it was great. We had snow everyday and the walks and driveway were plowed and shoveled. The hot tub is very nice and clean. The skiing was amazing! We would definitely return.
