Paradise Duplex Unit 9B is a three-bedroom, two-bath beautifully decorated duplex! Paradise Duplex Unit 9A is the other unit in the duplex. The layout of each unit mirrors the other. These units may be rented alone or as one. If rented together, there is a 10% discount on both sides and there is an adjoining door that can be unlocked.

• Unit B has beautiful views of nature while Unit A has gorgeous views of the Gulf.

• There are balconies on the upper and lower floors with a balcony that stretches across the entire front of the home.

• Tile floors throughout both units

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer on each side

• The living area has a large sectional that can sleep two

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• There is a park-style charcoal BBQ grill

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of three cars allowed

• Minimum age to rent is 25

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Especially convenient to beach and pool. An Indoor pool/ Amenity pass is in house. Spacious and nice furnishings lots of drawers. Good amount of towels, appreciate bathroom on both floors, Smart TV. Dollar store close by. Bring dishwashing soaps, cooking spices, coffee supplies/ left extra filters for guests, always recommend extra toilet paper and non glass drink ware for beach and pool.

Our stay in Paradise B the month of October was fantastic. The condo was clean and equipped with the basics. We love the beach in October. The suggestion I would have is to replace the bulb in the light fixture on the outside stairs.

We brought our youth & young adult’s group & had an amazing time. Sone of them had never been to the beach before, & I’m glad they got to experience like this. The housing accommodations were very upscale! Our goal as Youth & Young Adult leaders was to show them that they deserved the very best as young people trying to strive for positive things in life. That mission was accomplished through the stay we had at your place. I know they all walked away feeling like nothing is too good for them & the bar is set high for what we want them to expect out of life. I did find the pricing to be a little steep for 2 nights (around $500 per/night), but the group was worth the investment.

Paradise B met all my expectations. The beds are comfy. There was plenty of towels and the condo was well equipped. There was a peekaboo view of the ocean and 2 great decks to enjoy the sunshine. One little issue and it was addressed the same day within a few hours. Just a short walk to the beach.

Nice place with 3 beds and 2 bath on a secluded beach so there is not much crowd there. Great for Family. Do bring some food since there are only 2 places to shop and they are very pricey. There are 2 restaurants for now but may get more as the area recoups from Cindy.

This beach house was awesome!! I would give it five stars!! We had two couples in our group and several children- -and we all had plenty of room. They provide you with everything you need- plates- cookware- grilll- a few beach chairs- boogie boards! The location of this beach house is awesome- right in front of the pool and the hot tub!!! Also from your deck you can see and hear the ocean!! Also the walk to the beach does not take long at all- and you have a wooden walkway to walk on!!

We normally stay in Orange Beach, but this year we decided to stay in Fort Morgan. This duplex was great for four adults and one child. We had slight views of the ocean in B, which I wasn’t expecting. Some feedback... we booked this unit through another site and were redirected to iTrip which was a bit confusing, but iTrip was just as good. Secondly, this duplex is in a resort-type setting and there’s amenities available, but there’s not a map or layout of the grounds provided, so you have no idea where things are located. Lastly, bring pot holders. At this resort, many folks left their umbrellas and chairs out on the beach overnight. We don’t experience that in Orange Beach. We just leave footprints.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The home provided everything we needed to spend a relaxing week at the beach. The company worked with us to help us avoid the hurricane by changing our check-in and check-out dates. If we stay in the Plantation Again, we would definitely book this place again. The gated community now offers the Sassy Bass restaurant.
