Ocean Blue is a beautiful Gulf-front duplex located in Fort Morgan, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway. Please note that we manage one side of the duplex, which features stunning Gulf views and direct beach access just steps away.

This pet-friendly property is located in a community that offers great amenities for guests to enjoy, including two outdoor pools, a basketball court, a tennis court, ping-pong, and foosball. Whether you're relaxing on the beach, enjoying the community amenities, or spending time with family and friends, Ocean Blue is the perfect place to make lasting vacation memories.

Pet Friendly: Ocean Blue welcomes one dog 35 pounds or less. If bringing a pet, please notify us in advance. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your stay. Additional cleaning charges may apply and will be billed to your credit card if necessary.

• A covered area under the home includes an outdoor shower and a picnic table.

• The main-level living and dining area opens to the large deck.

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is featured throughout the home with carpet in the bedrooms.

• The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats eight, with six additional barstools for extra seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home.

• The main-level living area has a sofa sleeper for additional guests.

• All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

• The master suite features a king-size bed with access to the balcony.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the balcony.

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The fourth bedroom features two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)

• Enjoy a seamless arrival and departure with keyless entry, eliminating the need to wait in lines.

• Guests must provide their own propane for the grill.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
