Perdido Dunes Tower is a new, low-density building with only two units per floor, offering a tranquil and private atmosphere. Its prime location offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass, with nearby marinas, restaurants, and shops just minutes away.

Each of the twenty units boasts expansive wraparound balconies - perfect for sunrise and sunset views! The property includes a dune walkover and a shared outdoor pool, offering a relaxing beachside escape.

Unit 5 East is located on the east corner of the 5th floor, providing expansive sunset views - truly some of the best on the beach!

Features include:

• Access to the gulf-front balcony from both the living room and primary bedroom

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dining room table seats eight, with five barstools for additional seating.

• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• Shared outdoor pool with Perdido Dunes Phase 1, located between the two buildings (not directly on the beach)

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out

• ONE assigned parking space per unit; ONE guest parking space per unit available on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum of TWO parking spaces per unit at any time

• NO personal watercraft, boats, trailers, or similar vehicles allowed on the property

• NO PETS permitted
