I booked this unit because the pictures made it look updated and in great condition, the view was beautiful as well. I will say for the most part the unit was clean, the kitchen is new so that was nice, the bed is very comfortable and the view is exactly what you see in the pictures. The following is the email that I sent when asked about my stay in the unit: The rug is old, dirty and worn out, it needs to be replaced The couch has stains and needs cleaning The white chair looks dirty and needs cleaning The coffee pot is small and doesn't work well I found candy wrappers and other trash behind the bed The walls are very dinged up in many spots, the unit needs to be painted The floors were a bit dirty, when I wiped up something that spilled you could tell that the floors had not been mopped properly When I used the oven, it set off the smoke alarm every time I opened the door The dryer lint filter broke and fell out, you sent someone to fix it and he was able to get it to work temporarily until a new part could be ordered, the issue is that there was so much lint in there that it was a fire hazard, part of cleaning should be inspecting the lint filter The balcony table has a broken leg and is propped up with a folded-up brochure, the table and chairs need painting A couple of decent beach chairs would be nice, there is one chair that isn't too bad but most likely someone left it behind, the other sand chairs leaked rusty fluid all over the floor when I picked them up The air conditioning started leaking water all over the floor, someone came to repair it but no one ever notified me that it had been fixed and they did not turn it back on Considering that this is a 1-bedroom unit and the rate is almost the same as a 2 bedroom my expectations were that it would be a premium unit and in better condition. The kitchen has been remodeled and is nice but very few utensils or pans. I would rate this unit a 3 out of 5, not as described on your website.
