Lighthouse 1102 is a one-bedroom, two-bath condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 11th floor. Located less than one mile east of The Hangout in Gulf Shores, the Lighthouse is convenient to all area attractions.

Unit features:

• Access to the balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need; breakfast bar has seating for four

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Bonus room with bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed; parking passes required at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash not accepted)

Our stay at Lighthouse 1102 was very enjoyable. The unit was clean, well equipped, quiet, and had a lovely beachfront view. Parking was convenient and the large luggage carts made it easy to unload and transfer all our supplies up to the condo. Beaches were not overly crowded during our week and beachfront restaurants were a short walk away. The available beach chair/umbrella service was very convenient as well. Overall a relaxing stay. We would recommend this unit and will come back to it again on our next Gulf Shores visit.

We enjoyed our week at Lighthouse 1102. The condo was roomy and the view, fantastic! It was just a short elevator ride and walk to get to the water. The zero entry pool was perfect for our granddaughter. We didn’t have any problems with the condo while we were there. I do have a few suggestions to make the condo more comfortable. 1. Sheets with deeper corners for the king size bed. The fitted sheets would not stay on the mattress and we’re not easy to put back on. 2. There are no hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels. We went and bought some to use while we were there. 3. A broom. No matter how careful you are, you are going to track in sand. 4. Too many odds and ends in the kitchen pantry. We had to rearrange to be able to fit the groceries we bought. 5. There were cockroaches on the balcony at night. Made us not want to sit out there. Most of the things that we would suggest were just minor and we would go back to this condo again.

The lighthouse did not disappoint! The condo was super cute and perfect for our family! The staff was also excellent! I would love to stay here again! The only thing I would suggest is a robo vac in the unit to help with sandy feet!

Great view of the ocean and a nice condo. My only suggestion to the owners would be to have a rug in the living room and a rug in the bedroom. Also, The beds did not have blankets or comforters on them nor were there any in the condo. The first night we froze, then went to the store and bought blankets for the next night. Having blankets available would have been nice. Also, it is suggested to have a curtain that covers the whole window in the living room for the person sleeping on the couch bed. Overall, a great place to stay and beautiful view. The swimming pools and hot tub were also very nice and access to the beach was really easy! Would recommend to others!

It's the same sheeting method that hotels use, and it allows us to thoroughly clean all bedding between every stay. Additionally, we will be adding a curtain to that window. My family had an awesome time on the private dolphin tour. Captain Billy was fast to spot several dolphins on our tour, even getting about 4 of them to follow us on the boat and play in the wake. The kids were amazed to see the dolphins jumping and playing with each other in the wake. We were even able to go the the "secret beach" as my son called it to play for a little while. So much better than a cramped boat tour with a bunch of strangers. Will definitely be back year after year as the kids get bigger and we can do the tubing and jet ski packages.

This condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and offered an excellent space for a weekend get-away with my family. The only complaint we had was the elevator situation. It sometimes took a long time to be able to get on.

My experience with iTrip was excellent. Booking was simple and the free fun was a huge incentive. My husband was able to book his golf outing very simply over the phone. When we arrived and noticed two things in the room that were broken, I called to notify so we wouldnt be charged. I didnt need them fixed to enjoy our stay so I told the representative not to send someone out. She was so kind and even said if I changed my mind they would send someone out. Our room itself was nice and clean and adequate for the two of us staying. You can tell it has been well loved over the years and is a little worn, but its perfectly suitable especially if you plan on being on the beach most of the time. There are no kitchen basics like salt/pepper or oil and there isnt a kitchen table. This didnt bother us I just want people to be aware in case thats important to them! Overall great experience and trip!

We recently stayed at the lighthouse in golf Shores and had such a wonderful time despite the fog! It was charming and clean and well appointed in the kitchen, beautiful beautiful views of the ocean from our bedroom and living room. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lighthouse 1102 was everything and more that we could have ask for! Beautiful views, quiet, clean, very friendly staff as well as other guests. Perfect beach access as well! We enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse 1102. Great view of the Gulf from the Living Room area and from the Master Bedroom. We loved the Jacuzzi Tub. The Condo was very spacious for the two of us. Good central location. Everything that we needed for our stay. The weather was not exceptional, but we had a great stay in spite of that. The only suggestion I have is to wash the Living Room Curtains.

We had a great stay at the Lighthouse in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We loved being right on the beach and having access to the 2 outdoor pools. The location was close to many restaurants, stores and attractions. Our condo was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the Gulf. Lynn Humphries at itrip vacations was very helpful in booking and planning our trip, as well as keeping us updated on local happenings.

There is mold in our bathroom!!! Its awful!! Tons of black mold growing on the ceiling.

Thank you for your stay with us. We appreciate your feedback, although we don't agree with your assessment. You did let us know when you arrived that you were concerned about the bathroom ceiling potentially having mold. We understood the concern, so to be safe, at that point we moved you to another unit and had the suspicious areas checked and thoroughly treated. However, "tons" would be an exaggeration, as would the diagnosis of "black mold." Indeed, it was dark in color, but there is a huge difference between mildew and "black mold" (stachybotrys chartarum). Thank you again and we wish you the best of luck with your future vacations.

We had a wonderful stay at 1102 Lighthouse Condominiums! The condo was really clean and well stocked. We have stayed in multiple condos at Lighthouse and this one was the cleanest and had the best linens. Plenty of white fluffy towels and bath cloths! The pictures posted for the condo are exactly accurate. We especially liked that the bunk room had a full size (maybe queen) bed on the bottom. We have a small child and he was able to sleep safely in this bed with an adult. Three sides of the bed are against a wall. The condo is near the east end of the building and the elevator seemed faster than the center elevators. We were emailed the door code in advance and it worked perfectly. When we arrived at Lighthouse we were able to go straight to our unit. No checking in. We received a courtesy call from itrip the next morning to be sure everything was as expected! The beach at Lighthouse is beautiful! Our little one enjoyed the zero entry pool and the indoor pool!

My family opted for the condo on the beach for our family vacation/baseball tournament. We were not disappointed. Lighthouse #1102 was ideal for us. My husband, myself and our two boys (ages 9 & 13) did great with the space of the condo. The views were breathtaking! Morning coffee on the balcony was a precious escape. My boys loved that the elevator closest to #1102 was never a super long wait (for a quick trip to the beach or pool). No complaints other than the master bath - the light is a little dim. But, easy fix once you use the light and the light/fan combo. We will definitely visit again! Thank you for the initial start-up necessities. The bath towels were a wonderful plus. Thank you again!

Enjoyed our extended winter vacation at Lighthouse in Gulf Shores. The condo was nicely decorated and was fully supplied with everything we needed. The sunset views from the balcony were spectacular. Great location for beach walks and lots of restaurants in the area. Suggest replace the bar stools with chairs or small table for eating to make it more comfortable. Need towel racks in the bathrooms. Would definitely return to Lighthouse 1102.

My husband and I stayed at Lighthouse 1102 in December 2016. Pros: Gorgeous view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Great location near the heart of Gulf Shores and just a short drive to Orange Beach. Great staff. Plenty of clean towels. Cons: The couch was very worn as well as the end tables, nightstands, the glass dresser in the bedroom, the chest in the living room and especially the ottoman in the living room. It had rips all in it as well as old books and magazines. There was also a lack of decor and warmth throughout the entire condo. We didn't realize how much we appreciated those little touches to make you feel comfortable and welcome. This place definitely needs some TLC and some more decorations! Also the condo was pretty clean but the dresser in the bedroom was dusty and the non-master bathroom has some dead spiders in it. There was no cable in the bedroom and the DVD player was broken. We used the one in the living room. We were contacted by Itrip about our check in and I let them know about it. I told them they could wait until we checked out to replace it. BUT a gentleman just showed up out of the blue. He was very nice and professional, but we would have liked a 30 minute notice or something! Working with ITrip was a breeze but unless this condo gets some updates, we will not be staying at it again.

We traveled during the Thanksgiving Week to Gulf Shores, Alabama with 2 of our 7 grandchildren. We looked for a 1 bedroom unit with an indoor pool. Since we had used iTrip before in September we reached out to them again, and we were not disappointed. We loved the unit 1102 in the Lighthouse Condominiums. We were very comfortable and glad to have a separate area for the grandkids in the bunk room. They loved it. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The indoor pool was perfect (heated) for the children since it was so chilly outdoors

The room from our condo was breath taking. Condo is nice sized. Perfect for a family with a couple of kids. 2 bathrooms so no one has to fight over using just one. The beach is great and has plenty of room for everyone. Location is great. Close to everything.

Not only was Lighthouse unit#1102 one of the nicest condos we've rented it was EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING!!! My husband and I got in the car and started driving east. I was perusing different units and stumbled upon this Perfect Condo!! I called and was completely booked by Kelly, who was AMAZING, in 10 minutes!! She made everything seamless!! When we arrived we simply walked in and we were home!! Everything was Perfect!! We even received a follow-up call the next day making sure we settled in well!! Needless to say we will certainly be back; the food, view and nearby attractions are Spectacular for families!!
