Gatlinburg is calling you! Welcome to Gatlinburg Towers #301!

You will find a private 3 bed, 3 bath Gatlinburg suite with everything you need for a comfortable stay! No matter what you choose to do, you will be in the perfect location to just hang out or head to new adventures. Walk to downtown Gatlinburg and eat, shop, or take in a show! Just a hop, skip, and a jump over to Pigeon Forge & Sevierville. Or you can stay on location and use the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub!

We offer free parking for 1 car, or 4 motorcycles, no parking pass needed.

The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine, but we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting during winter months. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

***There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. You will find a coin laundry on site for all your washing needs. It is located conveniently on the first floor.

In the morning when you rise, brew a fresh pot of coffee, (cup or grounds), and head to the balcony to start making plans for your day. You are right at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains!! Don't forget your favorite coffee and filters!

When it is time to retire, in each bedroom you will find a comfy queen size bed with fresh linens, a flat-screen TV with remote, a closet with hangers, dresser, an extra blanket and a personally controlled heating and cooling system. Each nightstand has a touch lamp with brightness controls and double USB charger. Alarm clocks have soothing sounds to lull you to sleep. Your bedrooms have En-suite bathrooms for privacy (tub/shower combinations) complete with towels and starter amenities!

In the living room you also have a queen sleeper sofa for more guests.

*Every property is unique. Some properties may have cable packages while others may only have streaming capabilities. If you require a particular channel such as ESPN or Hallmark it's best to either bring your login information to your account or a personal ROKU device.

FREE FUN:

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

For example, you can visit the Titanic first thing when they open (one person is free) and then ride The Island Wheel in the afternoon (one person is free) and then enjoy Putt-Putt at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
