A little pricey for the size and condition of property

We stayed at this property for a Thanksgiving gathering. I booked it for 5 adults and 3 kids, and I'm glad that two of the adults did not end up coming because the place was definitely not big enough for that many people, and one of the bedrooms was full of ladybugs. When I called about that issue, I was told that it was stated in my paperwork that this may be a possibility. They stated that the ladybugs are "protected". This wasn't a few ladybugs, the room was infested. Being employed in property management, I stated that common sense would dictate that you seal up where they are getting in. I was basically told I could check out right then and I would receive a full refund because "Obviously, we're not going to make you happy"! Having traveled for 6 hours with 2 babies, that was obviously not an option. In speaking with many other travelers staying at the site, this was not an issue in any of their units. Maintenance did come in the morning and clear out the ladybugs and even the guy that was cleaning it stated that this was a lot! In addition, the place was not very clean (which makes sense since the cleaning people didn't notice the obvious infestation); the lights didn't work at all in one of the bedrooms, and the TV in the main room didn't work very well. One plus is that there was a bathroom in every bedroom, although they could use some updating (and cleaning). We did see bears every night that we were there which was kind of cool and it is located in a good location near Downtown. I wish that I could leave a better review, but I definitely paid more than what this place was worth.

We strive to maintain high standards for our properties and would have happily addressed any concerns had they been communicated to us during your visit. It's also worth mentioning that just because someone has experience in property management doesn't always mean they have a full understanding of our specific property dynamics or systems. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the positives, such as the bathroom setup and the beautiful location. We found our condo to be an awesome place to stay for our time in and around Gatlinburg. The accommodations were great. The instructions to get into the condo were very clear. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was plenty of room. We would definitely stay there on return trips.

We stayed at this great Airbnb for the weekend for my daughters birthday. Three big room and everyone had their own bathroom. The walk was a little bit farther then my elderly parents could handle. But for myself and my other family members it was a quick 13 min walk. We got to enjoy time at the the pool. I really think this is a great stay for anyone needing a quick get away or even a long stay. Highly recommend.

The place was clean and quiet and within walking distance of downtown. The only problem was given the wrong code to the laundry room but found out from someone the right code, thought the room came with washer and dryer, didn't. Wish they would have left instructions on how to use the TVs. But nice place.

It was a great stay. Everything was just like the pictures on the site. The only issue we encountered was trying to get the TVs to work when we got there, and batteries were missing from one of the bedroom remotes. Outside of that the stay was great!
