• Exterior security cameras monitor the backyard for insurance and property security purposes.

• As with all homes in Southwest Florida's subtropical climate, occasional insects or geckos may make an appearance despite routine pest control. This is a normal part of the Florida environment and does not constitute a cleanliness issue or grounds for a refund.

• No pets.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

• No parties, large events or overnight guests to exceed the stated occupancy of the property
