• Reservations with an arrival date less than 15 days from booking cannot be accepted, as Boardwalk Caper requires advance application approval for all guests. The association typically requires 10–15 days to complete this process.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

• No pets permitted.

• No smoking, including on balconies and within common areas.

• Guests bringing a boat must arrange dock reservations in advance through the association and applicable fees will apply.

• The community's tennis and pickleball courts remain closed as the association continues restoration efforts. The pool, boardwalk, fitness center, marina, and other common areas are open for guests to enjoy.

• This property is located within an HOA-governed community. Our management responsibilities are limited solely to the privately owned condominium you are renting. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not manage or maintain the community's shared amenities, including the pool, fitness center, boardwalk, grilling area, parking, or other common elements. Their availability may occasionally be affected by routine maintenance, repairs, or circumstances beyond our control.
