Featuring two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and a full bathroom, Brewster's Farm accommodates six guests. A modern kitchen and spacious living room make this a great base camp for exploring all of the attractions in Southern Colorado.

The home is located two miles from the center of town along the Arkansas River. When you're ready for some outdoor recreation, there is plenty to choose from! Hiking, biking, river rafting, kayaking, climbing, off-roading and skiing are within a short drive.

This is a dog friendly property, however, please notify us if your dog accompanies you and the following additional charges will apply. A $30 per day/fee will be charged for your pet(s) and a $250 refundable pet deposit is required. Two (2) dogs maximum. Weight limit 20 pounds.

- Please note that there is a railroad track on the north side of the property and trains occasionally pass through.
