Wild Irishman 1029 is the ideal family getaway, perfectly outfitted for time together and time alone. At 789 square feet, this spacious condo offers board games and a wood-burning fireplace, while each bedroom and main living area has its own Smart TV and cozy spots to read or relax. Take a dip in the heated community pool and hot tub. Barbecue up a feast on the community grill. Or just sit out on the spacious courtyard deck, and enjoy the Keystone calm. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The entrance is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.

Dropped right in the center of it all, Wild Irishman 1029 is less than a mile (and a free shuttle ride) to the Keystone slopes at Mountain House Base. What's more, we're just seven miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.

LAYOUT OF CONDO: - Located on 2nd floor of building with no elevator. Great Room Includes a well-appointed kitchen, living room with wood fireplace, and dining area. This main level also includes the primary bedroom with bath and the deck. It features widescreen TV's with Cable and Roku, WiFi. The second "bedroom" is located in the loft on the upper floor, accessed by an interior spiral staircase. There is a ski locker in the hallway.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

A responsible adult must be present at all times when minors are present in the unit. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Unless otherwise noted, properties are not pet friendly. However, Service Dogs must be allowed by law. Some owners have pets and bring them to their properties (cats and dogs). Therefore, most properties have had animals present at some time or another. Please be aware of this as it relates to your personal health.

We Highly recommend AWD or 4WD drive vehicles during winter months.

Unless otherwise noted, this property, like most others in Summit County, does NOT have Air Conditioning.
