"We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with tools to whip up anything we wanted. The wood burning fireplace was a lovely perk. We were pleasantly surprised how big the condo was. Would recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy Lake Dillon in the summer or skiing in the winter because the location was so convenient. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Property overlooks Lake Dillon and Gore Range. The condo is centrally located to all ski resorts and only a few steps away from the Dillon Marina, amphitheater, picnic area and bike trials. A short walk will take you to restaurants, tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts, baseball fields, ice fishing on the lake and more. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

At 1017 square feet, this spacious condo offers a wood burning fireplace (wood and supplies not provided) with cozy spots to read or relax. Enjoy the indoor and year-round pool and hot tub or just sit out on the deck overlooking Lake Dillon. North America's highest deep water marina. Condo is a free shuttle ride to the A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone slopes. What's more, we're just 11.8 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. Nice but not Perfect

Walked in to a dirty island and bathroom toilet. Someone came immediately to clean while we went to the grocery store but gave us doubts in our mind how clean the condo really was. The sheets are white but dirty looking. We spent the first night washing all the bedding. View is spectacular, close easy walk to Lake Dillon with convenient access to Keystone, Breck, Beaver Creek, and Vail.

Glad we didn't stay longer

Upon getting to our condo there was a sign that said to remove shoes. I do not walk around without shoes. There was also a notice on the door that someone would be out to cap off a gas line during our stay. I did not feel comfortable having my valuables left in the condo when someone would be entering. It also disrupted our plans on what we were planning on doing that day. I feel like this condo should not have been rented on a day work was being done. When I went to turn down the bed there was several strands of hair stuck on the sheets and the blanket. It looked like the sheets had not been changed. The deck walls and ceiling were filled with webs. It was not clean enough to eat or even sit on the deck to enjoy the fresh air.

We loved the location of this condo, with its wonderful view of Lake Dillon. Spent a lot of time on the patio! Even though nighttime temperatures were in the 40’s and we had windows open, we needed the portable fans available, otherwise too warm to sleep! Be prepared to climb 3 floors of stairs. Very comfortable! The lock was tricky and required a maintenance man to show us how it worked. Not intuitive. We would definitely come back!

Went out to see show at Dillon Amphitheater and location of Condo was so convenient, a simple walk across the street. Beautiful view of the lake, people watching from our deck, walking to any and all Dillon restaurants, outstanding trip!!!! Condo was well equipped and comfortable, painless experience checking in and locating unit. Absolutely coming back for snowboarding trip!!!!

Loved our time in Summit County at this fabulous condo. The views were amazing and the location was excellent. We could walk to restaurants, the lake and nature paths surrounding the area. We were minutes from all the area ski resorts and could not have asked for a better home away from home! Will definitely look to stay here again!

Overpriced

Disappointed with how much I spent for what I got. Not kid friendly, dirty used bandaid found on a blanket which had us question if our sheets were clean. There were no trash bags or dishwasher soap. The garbage disposal was broke and there weren’t enough towels for the amount of people we had. Not very clean and the first two hours we were there I spent on the phone with xfinity due to the internet and cable not working because there was a balance on the account, not how I wanted to spend the start of my vacation. I wouldn’t go back.

While there was an issue with the cable company, we immediately sent a team member to assist. The home as well as all linens are professionally cleaned, sanitized and inspected between every guest. My husband, son and I really enjoyed staying here. It was easy to find. It is a short walk to Arapaho Cafe, which is delicious! We had the meatloaf and French dip sandwich there for dinner with a fantastic bottle of wine! We also went there for Brunch and found another delicious menu! The condo has beautiful views of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains! The wood fire place was a divinity on the cold days we were there! We used the hot tub and pool and it was so relaxing. They have all the kitchenware that you would need on a short trip. We look forward to staying here again!

Modern condo with killer views

I don't expect ski condos to be nice. This one was. 2 full beds and baths. Recently redone. Good furnishings. Large (for condo) living room with wood burning fireplace. Killer views. Across street from Lake Dillon amphitheater. Simply lovely for ski condo.
