- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- There are exterior surveillance video cameras located on the property as well as in the Bellerive Condo area hallways for your protection and the building landlords protection. Please do not touch or move.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 5 people, not including a child in a crib.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Pets are NOT allowed. If evidence of pets are found in the unit after stay, you will be fined $300.
- FIRES AND/OR FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. You will be fined $500 if evidence of smoking is found in or on the property.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-one (21).
- Key fobs must be returned to lockbox during checkout. There is a $35 replacement fee per fob if they are not returned.
- Guest and any visitors of guests shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- Guests must comply with this good neighbor notice. This property is a privately owned home. Please treat this property as you would your own home. You agree to close and lock all doors and windows when you are not on property, and at check-out. Guests agree to be respectful of neighbors and not be disruptive to neighbors, community or traffic issues prompting complaints. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. All parking procedures are listed and agreed to by guest. Be kind. Be mindful. Be a good neighbor.
- NO PARTIES/EVENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Tenant must comply with the Good Neighbor Notice.
