This home is a quick drive to multiple north Idaho attractions. Beach access and golfing ranges are both quick drives, along with Idaho’s stellar theme and water park: Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach. The smaller town of Hayden floods into the great Coeur d’Alene city with an active downtown scene, many great restaurants and lots of local shops. You will also be minutes from numerous trailheads for hiking or mountain biking. Some trails offer 360 degree views of Hayden Lake and Coeur d’Alene Lake, both great waters to spend your summer days on. This area is known for the four season weather showing bright, white snow in the winter, beautiful blooming and green grass in the spring, sunshine and heat in the summer, and colorful turning leaves with a slight chill in the fall. Take a scenic drive up Hwy 95 to Sandpoint, ID to find Ponderay Lake and a charming town full of more great food and local amenities. Get your adrenaline pumping with a Zip Line Tour or a top the roller coasters at Silverwood. This area has it all!
Hayden Lake: Hayden Lake is tucked into the northern edge of Coeur d'Alene with 40 miles of shoreline. It has two public boat launches for summer recreational use and Honeysuckle beach to enjoy an enclosed swimming area. The lake has an intriguing windy road, taking you completely around the water for great views and a taste of what northern Idaho nature has to offer.

- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- There is an exterior surveillance video camera facing the driveway for your protection and the homeowner's protection. Please do not touch or move.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 4 people, not including a child in a crib.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Pets are NOT allowed. If evidence of pets are found in the unit after stay, you will be fined $300.
- FIRES AND/OR FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. You will be fined $500 if evidence of smoking is found on the property.
- Please DO NOT flush any other materials besides toilet paper such as wipes, feminine products, etc. Please DO NOT let grease into the sink. Please DO NOT add any bleach products to the washing machine. These actions will greatly affect the property and will result in added fees.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-one (21).
- Guest and any visitors of guests shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- Guests must comply with this good neighbor notice. This property is a privately owned home. Please treat this property as you would your own home. You agree to close and lock all doors and windows when you are not on property, and at check-out. Guests agree to be respectful of neighbors and not be disruptive to neighbors, community or traffic issues prompting complaints. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. All parking procedures are listed and agreed to by guest. Be kind. Be mindful. Be a good neighbor.
