This is an amazing place to recharge after spending the day at Disney with the kids and dealing with crowds. We wanted to have a home away from home not the hotel feel on the eight floor of some busy hotel even if it might have been at Disney. Where you would have to walk two hundred feet to get to your car because the kids might have left something they can't live without. It was away from all the usual nonsense and more. The townhouse was as new as you could have expected, everything was brand new from furniture, appliances and style! Every room was large including closets, large bathrooms. The in-ground heated pool was used daily to recharge after all day Disney trips.

It had a second floor deck from the master bedroom, a sliding patio doors to gain access to the first floor deck sitting area and pool! Laundry and dryer on second floor. An electronic haven with wifi ,email and a regular house phone for all of your needs. Denise and Matt also responded without hast. Parking is right in front of your townhouse with the townhouse number for others not to get confused lol. In all, I highly recommend this location or a similar townhouse on iTrip. I'm actually looking forward to our annual Disney trip for next year knowing I have a charging station waiting for us at this location! Christina R.

My family and I just loved our stay at iTrip vacation located in Florida. so good that I don't want to share my experience because others will come but I have to share my experience. awesome! arriving at the town house and being with the kids all day can be stressful enough but between parking right in front and easy access into the townhouse was a relief. The kids were able to enjoy the sunken pool while we unpack our things. the house was equipped with every utensil you can imagine. bathrooms were all stocked all rooms were immaculate we had access to the community pool which we didn't need because the sunken pool was more than enough for us to relax. we returning daily from Walt Disney which made us feel that we couldn't do it again but after recharging at the townhouse we were more than happy to go at it again. I want to thank all responsible for having the house ready for us including Wi-Fi access for the kids and email alerting us on the status of our stay which exceeded our needs. Christina R.

Our family loves arriving at this location after traveling all day to get to Florida. it has all you need for a small or large family vacation stay. we forget that we are on vacation because you really feel at home. before you leave for a day at Disney or returning form shopping it just an enjoyable stay knowing the comforts of home like experience. The community pool and hot tub adds to your vacation as well as WiFi for the kids. There is nothing missing here just a relaxing vacation home.

5 Star Review - This place exceeds expectations...it's why we have returned for a second time, and will keep coming back. The street is aptly named Placidity, because it's the calmest place you will ever be. We are a week into our stay, the place is great, it has everything we need. It is a lovely quiet location. This is a sunny modern townhouse located near restaurants and shopping while still being in a secluded quiet neighborhood. It offers a small pool as well as a clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and hot tub. This is perfect for families. It was also perfect for a trip to the beach on either coast. We work hard to make sure your stay is issue-free! If issues arise, please let us know as soon as you can. Your welcome letter will share multiple ways that you can get in touch with us and we will work quickly to fix what comes up. Please note that regular maintenance items may take up to 24 hours to resolve. 
Typically, maid service is only scheduled for after your departure. For stays of 30+ days, we may require one or more cleaning visits to the home. If you would like to add a cleaning stop during your stay, just reach out and let us know! Prices vary on the size of the home.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The primary renter must be 25+ years of age and proof may be required at any time.

PRIMARY RENTER
Please make sure the information we have (phone number, email address) for the primary renter is accurate and up to date at all times. We work hard to share all applicable information for the home and in the event of an emergency, we need to make sure we can get ahold of you! 

ADDITIONAL FEES - Additional fees will be added to the reservation by adding any of the following to your reservation: pets, pool heat, grill rental, crib rental, early check-in, late checkout, additional guests, etc. These fees must be paid in full before the trip begins. Some Resort Communities will charge additional amenities fees and these may or may not be included in your reservation, and they may or may not be optional. By signing this agreement, non-optional fees are due to the resort and they may pursue legal action if those fees are not paid. 

NO SMOKING OR VAPING • NO EXCEPTIONS
Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Florida law prohibits smoking/vaping on balconies of shared housing (condos/apartments) or shared entryways with other units. Fines starting at $500 will be issued for ANY evidence of smoking or vaping is found in the unit after your departure.

PETS
Pets are allowed in designated homes ONLY and are required to be included in the occupancy disclosed with your booking. Additional fees, security deposits, and a health screening are required of any pet. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

LINNENS • TOWELS • SUPPLIES
Your home will be furnished with bed linens, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels, if applicable. It will also have ONE of each of the following: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tab, clothes washer tab, 1 garbage bag per garbage can, toilet paper, and paper towels. Since occupancy and stay lengths vary, please be prepared to purchase any additional supplies needed for your stay.

FINES/DAMAGES - Any damages to the home or its contents are the financial responsibility of the tenant. Fines will be assessed for but are not limited to the following: tampering of any kind with pool equipment, unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs, unauthorized pets, smoking of any kind in the home, additional cleanings, etc. If it is determined that a maintenance call-out is a false report or due to an issue caused by the Tenant or any of their guests, the tenant may be charged a trip fee (on top of any applicable repair costs). Costs incurred to clear drain lines, sewer lines, and garbage disposals of blockages caused by the Tenant will be charged to the Tenant.

ENTRY BY OWNER/AGENT
The owner or owner's agents may enter the premises due to an emergency, necessary/agreed-upon repairs/alterations/improvements/services, or showing to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors. If you report a maintenance issue, expect that we will send teams to fix them. 
 
FURNISHINGS
Do not move or remove any furnishings from the premises or property. Fines will be incurred for theft or damages. 
 
GARBAGE
The tenant is responsible for the collection and removal of all trash during the stay. Specific trash instructions will be shared in your welcome letter. 
 
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open-air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flames (e.g., candles, turkey fryers, tiki torches, etc) are permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not dismantle smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, or pool alarms as they are for your protection.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness, or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, utility outages, HOA-controlled amenities, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests assume all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, are allowed. Please check your welcome letter for specific HOA rules regarding parking. 

POOL, SPA & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved include a pool and/or spa, no lifeguard is on duty. The pool, spa, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur. Diving, horseplay, or running is prohibited. No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area. 

The pool alarm and pool fence are required by Florida law and MUST NOT be tampered with or disabled. Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, spa, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association nor iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

UNIT OCCUPANCY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Tenants will be removed, fined, and will forfeit all monies for: Exceeding maximum occupancy, any illegal activity, damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; and any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises.
Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS/ACCESSIBILITY
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS • HOA RULES
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all FLORIDA state laws, as well as LOCAL laws and HOA rules while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida may result in removal and forfeiture of rental fees and security/damage deposits.

HOAs and Resorts
Many of our units reside in communities controlled by an HOA (Home Owner's Association), and we must abide by their rules. These rules may include (but are not limited to): registering all vehicles and drivers staying at the unit, vehicle restrictions and limits, registering all guests of the unit, specific trash protocol, pet breed restrictions, quiet times, additional amenity fees, gated entry, and more. Our team will be in touch if your unit falls under an HOA that has additional requirements for entry and specific HOA and Resort rules and requirements will be shared in your welcome letter. 

Some Resort Communities require additional fees to be paid to the resort and these fees may or may not be included in your reservation totals. Regardless of if these fees are included in your reservation or not, you acknowledge that you are responsible for paying them, and agree to do so. 

DAMAGES
Accidents happen! Please report any damages as soon as possible so we can work to have them resolved. Ultimately, as the guest, you are responsible financially for any damages that occur to the property during your reservation.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing location, this is it! We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle in this well-appointed townhome. It was very clean, the A/C was cold, and we were impressed with the spacious rooms and nice decor. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout, as well as attention to safety details. The dipping pool was refreshing after a long day at Disney. The only things we didn’t love were the squeaky mattresses (perhaps it’s time for replacement?) and the rough washcloths. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Orlando.

No sense of se unity maintenance people just walk in my daughter was getting dressed and my wife taking a shower .. should have called police and made a report , when called office talk to Dan who justified there actions with oh its a mistake ... yeah dan wake up!! Fatal car accidents And plane crashes where also simple mistakes Im sure that could have been avoided if proper procedure and protocol is followed no refunds where granted even after my felt totally unsafe in the unit

Thank you for your comments and thank you for being our guests. Unfortunately, this was a combination of items that caused the mishap. Maintenance had been working in the unit the day prior to the guest's arrival AND the home was booked last minute - less than 1 day prior to arrival - and confirmation of the booking was not complete until the day OF arrival. Due to the scope of work that was being done by maintenance, it required them to order some parts and return the next day or two for the completion. Maintenance was unaware that anyone had made a last minute booking, therefore when they visited the house, unfortunately, they used their code and entered the home, thus causing the guests to be startled. The maintenance technician apologized and immediately left the property and called us to let us know what had happened. It was an honest accident and mistake. The 1 star rating is based upon an emotional incident which unfortunately has nothing to do with the property condition when arrival took place or the remainder of their stay. In this situation, the maintenance team member was counseled to be sure to knock or ring at least three times and then loudly announce themselves when entering a home. Guest security is of our utmost concern. It cannot be stressed enough this was an honest accident with multiple factors involved. A situation like this does not warrant compensation however several apologies were offered and telephone calls were made to the guest with the same. We appreciate the guests rented our lovely home and again, apologize for the startle, it was truly unintentional. We would love the opportunity to host them again in the future. Thank you.

Lovely, quiet, oasis location. Very clean well kept property. A great alternative to the hotels with parking nightmares and multiple floor chaos. The property is located away from that type of environment. I even hate to mention it because others will book it out for their next vacation but it was nice to return to the property and just relax and enjoy the second half of my day.

First off our flight with delta was delayed which caused us to miss a day of our vacation, we were supposed to fly in on June 20th and paid to check in at 1030pm , we werent able to check in until the following day June 21st at 2pm with compensation so we basically lost and paid for a night we didnt stay ( wasnt our fault) I asked the property manger for a later checkout on Saturday and all they gave us was 2 extra hours that kind of disappointed us but other than that The place was nice and it looks exactly like the pictures beautiful. Very nice and clean. And about Disney being minutes away more like 45 minutes away.

Thank you for being our guests, we are happy to hear you enjoyed the home and its location. On June 13, the home was booked for the minimum nights required, (3), for the dates of June 20-23. It is unfortunate that the airlines had a mishap that caused you to miss the first night of your booking. You would hope that the airlines would make proper amends for that. Regarding the late check out time on the check out date, we are happy to offer an "up to Noon" check out at no charge, when occupancy allows. It is also explained that any departure time after Noon would be granted with incremental charges based on the desired time of departure. If the Noon check out was observed, this would indicate that no one wished to pay additional charges. Thank you for being our guests, we would expect that the home would have rated above a 3 considering the home was clean and represented as depicted online. The rating appears to be based on the rough start created by the airlines whom we have no affiliation with. We would love the opportunity to host you again, in hopes that arrival plans follow through as expected. Thank you.

We stayed at the Dream property for 4 nights. The property is just as the picture depicted. It was immaculately clean and homey, very nice, quiet neighborhood. We just at wanted someplace clean and quite and we got just that, love the decor as well. I wish they had at least one smart TV to watch Netflix.

This was the first time me and my family had ever stayed in a vacation home I was really impressed from the time of booking to the time of our departure we got to the vacation home it was a little ways out of Orlando but the area alone was very clean quiet peaceful and welcoming and we got to our house we are already receive our code prior to and the pictures will speak for itself we had everything fully furnished only thing we had to buy was our groceries dad was very comfortable pool was deeper than I expected we were surprised with TVs being on the patio by the pool I have no complaints very affordable me and my family think that will be staying in more vacation homes for our yearly vacation this is a five-star place for me and one must check it out and see this was by far the best we emailed owner and any problems we encountered they were there on time the pool was clean every other day only noise complaint we had was there mowing the lawn which I really did not a problem with but this was a 10 out of 10 for me

Our vacation condo was everything we expected! Modern, roomy and fully equipped, it met all our needs. We loved the small pool in the condo and the full size one a short walk away. The area is quiet and in a good location, close to highways and popular attractions but still in a private area.

We rented a 3Br, 3 Bath condo in Clermont, FL. The drive to Disney was just 15 minutes, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The condo was absolutely beautiful!
