These new Serenity townhouses are unlike anything else in the Disney rental market. This home was furnished with the guidance of the owners to be an exceptional vacation home and is available to you as well.

There is a King Bed in the Master Suite on the Second Floor with an En-Suite Bath and Private Balcony. There is a Queen Bedroom on the First Floor and the Twin Bedroom on the Second Floor offers Two Twin Beds, one twin bed has a pull out Trundle Bed. All bedrooms have baths associated with them (first floor is a shared bath) and all bedrooms have TVs.

Typically, maid service is only scheduled for after your departure. For stays of 30+ days, we may require one or more cleaning visits to the home. If you would like to add a cleaning stop during your stay, just reach out and let us know! Prices vary on the size of the home. 
A: YES! If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please contact us after confirming your booking!

It is important to keep in mind: 
  • Pool heat is available from varying dates in October through April.
  • Pool heat requires a minimum of 3 nights' purchase 
  • Pool heat is set at a constant 85 Fahrenheit/29.4 Celsius and is NOT ADJUSTABLE
  • The pool heater will heat the water 10-15 degrees above the outside ambient temperature (if the outside temperature is 65F the water can be expected to be 75F)
  • Pool heaters will not work if the ambient outside temperature falls below 55 Fahrenheit/16 Celsius.
  • The pool heater only runs when the pool pumps are circulating the water, which is not 24/7. Most pumps turn off to conserve power after 8p.
  • Please double-check your listing; spas are not hot tubs and spa temperature will be the same temperature as the pool.
  • No refunds will be given if local weather conditions cause the pool water temperature to fall short of expectations.

Please be aware that during peak or holiday seasons, 4p check-in may not be guaranteed. Our team will be in touch if we need to slightly delay your check-in. Entering the home before the agreed-upon time or not checking out by the agreed-upon time carries fines. 

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The primary renter must be 25+ years of age and proof may be required at any time.

PRIMARY RENTER
The primary renter must be staying in the unit for the full duration of the trip. No arbitrage or 3rd party bookings are allowed or will be honored. No parties or events are permitted. Please make sure the information we have (phone number, email address) for the primary renter is accurate and up to date at all times. We work hard to share all applicable information for the home and in the event of an emergency, we need to make sure we can get ahold of you!

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Florida law prohibits smoking/vaping on balconies of shared housing (condos/apartments) or shared entryways with other units. Fines starting at $500 will be issued for ANY evidence of smoking or vaping is found in the unit after your departure (including smell).

PETS
Pets are allowed in designated homes ONLY and should be included in the initial booking; if they are not, please reach out to us to add them to your booking ASAP. Additional fees, security deposits, and a health screening are required of any pet. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

LINNENS | TOWELS | SUPPLIES
Your home will be furnished with bed linens, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels, if applicable. It will also have ONE of each of the following: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tab, clothes washer tab, 1 garbage bag per garbage can, toilet paper, and paper towels. Since occupancy and stay lengths vary, please be prepared to purchase any additional supplies needed for your stay. 

ENTRY BY OWNER
The owner or owner's agents may enter the premises due to an emergency, necessary/agreed-upon repairs/alterations/improvements/services, or showing to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors.

FURNISHINGS
Do not move or remove any furnishings from the premises or property. Fines will be incurred for theft or damages.  

GARBAGE
The tenant is responsible for the collection and removal of all trash during the stay. Specific trash instructions will be shared in your welcome letter. 

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open-air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted on the premises. Do not dismantle smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, or pool alarms as they are for your protection.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness, or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, utility outages, HOA-controlled amenities, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI. 

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests assume all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, are allowed. Please check your welcome letter for specific HOA rules regarding parking. 

POOL, SPA & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved include a pool and/or spa, no lifeguard is on duty. The pool, spa, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur. Diving, horseplay, or running is prohibited. No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area. 

The pool alarm and pool fence are required by Florida law and MUST NOT be tampered with or disabled. Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, spa, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association nor iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

Homes with pools and hot tubs are under the weekly care of a team of professionals. As mandated by the state of Florida and for your safety, a team will be onsite once a week to test the water quality and make any necessary adjustments. These visits are not optional and cannot be scheduled, rescheduled, or refused. This team will not access the home and tenant does not need to be present for this visit. 

UNIT OCCUPANCY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Tenants will be removed, fined, and will forfeit all monies for: Exceeding maximum occupancy, any illegal activity, damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; and any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises.
Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS/ACCESSIBILITY
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS • HOA RULES
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all FLORIDA state laws, as well as LOCAL laws and HOA rules while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida may result in removal and forfeiture of rental fees and security/damage deposits. 

HOA's
Many of our units reside in communities controlled by an HOA (Home Owner's Association), and we must abide by their rules. These rules may include (but are not limited to): registering all vehicles and drivers staying at the unit, vehicle restrictions and limits, registering all guests of the unit, specific trash protocol, pet breed restrictions, quiet times, additional amenity fees, gated entry, and more. Our team will be in touch if your unit falls under an HOA that has additional requirements for entry and specific HOA rules will be shared in your welcome letter.  

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR
Please treat the home, the neighbors, the community, and our team of iTrip Staff and contractors with respect; we will do the same. iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC reserves the right to discontinue service and cancel the booking if the tenant or any of the tenant's guests display aggressive or abusive behavior towards our staff.  

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Our cancellation policy is as agreed to at the time of booking. We do not refund for hurricanes and any cancelation will be subject to the cancelation policy. We will ONLY refund for nights that a local government body has issued a mandatory evacuation. 

DAMAGES
Accidents happen, but you are responsible for any damages, additional cleanings, or service provider call-out fees that are required because of your stay. Fines or fees may be assessed for (but are not limited to): unapproved early check-in, unapproved late check-out, unapproved pets, unapproved guests, smoking or vaping of any kind, missing or damaged items, stains, tears, rips, trash left in the home, HOA-issued fines for violations, service provider calls for guest caused issues, etc. Please report any damages as soon as possible so we can work to resolve them.

House was beautiful! New updated decor. I’m giving 4 stars because the master bedroom mattress is super uncomfortable. Springs were popping through, I think it’s time for a new one. Also one of the twin beds is directly under an air conditioner vent, so from night 2 on, my daughter wasn’t able to sleep on that bed. Lastly there were little tiny ants all around the kitchen. I tried to reach out to maintenance twice, but they never answered. It was manageable, but aside from that, everything was fine. The home is roughly 30 minutes from all the attractions, which was very nice, and down the road from Wal-mart. We never had the chance to use the community amenities, as I was there a short time and had no idea where they were located. I did reach out to itrip to inquire the location, which they did provide, but our trip was just too short for us to explore.

Very nice unit. Love the end unit with windows. Nice furnishings. Reported bad box springs and understand it is being handled. Reported several light bulbs out and maintenance showed up in couple hours. The unit could use a fresh paint job. It has been touched up with paint that does not match.

As you probably know wall paint can change over time with sunlight etc so the touch up paint, even though it is the same as the wall paint, tends to look different over time. We came to FL for a long awaited family vacation and was excited and comfortable at this home. Other than a small issue from the previous renter which the management took care of immediately, this townhome was great. The splash pool was sought after every night by the adults to relax and each couple loved having a bathroom to themselves. The townhome sits off another street which made it quiet and the neighbors were very nice. It was wonderful to come "home" after a long day at the parks. The service provided was great, I had an issue with the door locker someday at midnight that I could easily solve with the emergency number provided and in the other day sent Itrip sent someone to fix the problem with the door locker definetily, also answered my e-mails fast. Thank you ITrip.

You asked me for a review of our stay, and therefore I write you this review. To be honest, we were not so satisfied with your service. What in our opinion could go better is the mail you sent us with the information about codes for the door, Wifi, etc. That mail was very (!) unkind, with a very long list of examples of all kinds of stuff that maybe could be damaged, and how much you will charge us. Not a short line that in case of any damage we would look together (!) how to solve that. No, the intension was already that we as your guest had possible bad intensions, and with a lot of examples you made that very clear, and again that there will be fines. The aircondition mentioned twice in the same email: keep between 72-78 degrees, otherwise 100-500 dollars fine. I saw those lines just before we came in this house. I only checked very quickly the code for the front door. I felt last week not very ok about it. The moment I stept into the house this list stayed in the back of my head. We didn't touch the dining-table, and hardly used anything. I enjoyed the house, but not in the way I had in mind before. I was relieved to leave last Monday and everything was ok. We stayed already last week, and also in the past, in a several houses through Air Bnb, but never felt this before. There was always a warm welcome, with no long lists. Not 1 line in your mail with a warm welcome in the house. Just shortly "enjoy your stay", but at the end after the long list. A map with information of the house and park was not there. We had to find out with other guests in the park that there was a little black key for the gate of the main swimmingpool. We bought filters for the coffee machine, and we found later under the stairs in a bag hidden a lot of filters. Why not leaving this for the next guest. According Air BNB there should be salt, pepper and oil, but no. I'm sorry, we we're both disapointed about this. The owner Kim is very friendly, he phoned me on Saturday how we were doing. . I didn’t told him that moment, because I found it very friendly that he phoned me. I will mail him about our experience. I hope you will do something with my feedback. It also comes to us as a bit of a surprise as we have used this format for a number of years and thousands of bookings without any comments about the format. We are however glad you found the home to your liking. Lastly, we do not provide food or oils or spices in any of our properties, most companies do not, mainly for dietary reasons. This is a perfect family villa for an Orlando holiday, not far from the theme parks and tucked away in a nice quiet area. The villa is modern, clean, stylish, and much more spacious than we were expecting - all of us genuinely really pleased with it and would happily book again in the future. My family and I had a great time in this Townhouse. Everything was beautifully arranged and the home was perfect for a family of 6. We stayed here for a week and went food shopping at Walmart which is a 7 min drive. We cooked all of our meals at home except for the times that we were in the theme parks. The townhouse is located in a community so there's a game room, gym and bigger pool than the one in the house. When I would reach out to the owner about any concerns or questions he would always respond right away. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Excellent modern townhouse

My husband and I booked this townhouse for 6 nights. It was not only extremely spacious but very well appointed. The pool had been heated for us arriving and the entire accommodation was extremely clean. The location is close to Walmart and the 192 so Disney etc is very close by. We will absolutely book again!!

We stayed at 17325 Serinidad Blvd. It was a very nice and new home. It had great beds to sleep inn with super comfertable madrasses, big closets for your clothes, every room had its own bath, nice kitchen/dining area and a perfect little veranda with a small pool. We ordered the pool heated because we stayed in march, it was good for late night swims. It was a quiet small place, close to the clubhouse. The clubhouse had a nice pool. We loved the place and we would like to go there again.

Driving to house off route 27 is a little decerning as the area is not the best, typical old Florida, but once you get to the house it is a totally different thing. The property is new and in outstanding condition, extremely well furnished and very comfortable and only a short hop and jump to Disney attraftions. A great place to veg out and relax. A nice restaurant at the corner of route 27.
