***The boat slip can accommodate up to a 25-foot craft: you will need to notify us if you are bringing a boat. When you make your final payment, remind us about your boat and we will contact the harbormaster and get you a code to access the dock and the assigned boat slip number. The condo association requires proof of registration and insurance that must be received prior to gaining access to the slip.

***Boat trailers CANNOT be stored on site. Please make arrangements ahead of time at a local storage facility.

*The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.

We are staying in 3801 and it really a beautiful and well maintained condo. This is our first time renting at 801 Harborview Grand and we will definitely come back again. Everything about the living arrangements meets or exceeds our expectations. Everyone and everything throughout the booking process was exceptional. The only small quirk we encountered is that there was only one garbage bag and no soap for the dishwasher. While we have no problem providing for our own needs it seems like essentials like garbage bags and dishwasher soap would be provided. But, if that is the only issue we can live with that.

Enjoyed our one week stay at this very nice condo. It had plenty of room for our seven adults. Nice views from the balcony. We were able to use the beach chairs and beach umbrella several days. Our favorite family event was playing the board game Telestrations at the dinner table. This unit was perfect for out family gathering. We would recommend this as a great place to stay.

The condo was very nice and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you will need. The outdoor area was very comfortable and probably the nicest we have had so far in that complex. The only complaints that we had were that we needed to bring our own beach towels. We have stayed in Harborview Grande four times now and this was the first time we had to bring them. It was very inconvenient as we were flying in fromTexas and the towels took up a ton of space in our suitcases. All the other condos we have stayed in in the past always provided them. The other bummer was that we had to check out by 10am. I think it would be much more reasonable to checkout at 11:00 or 12:00 seeing as you take out the trash, strip the linens, empty the dishwasher and do laundry before you leave. Other than that the rental was very nice. We will rent again in this complex.

This was our first time in Clearwater and the condo more than delivered spot on what we were looking for! The view from 8th floor facing the bay is phenomenal. The condo was very spacious, fully equipped and the pictures on the website of the unit were completely accurate. The building has everything within walking distance so you really don’t need a car. However, if you do the parking is included with the rental which is great. The building was very quiet no rowdy noise or partying. Many activities to do in the area. Definitely would come back here and recommend to friends coming to this area. Thanks!

The condo is definitely a 5 Star. The management company was a three star so I averaged a 4. The management company didnt follow protocol and get our boat info for us to use the dock. The dock master at Harbourview was amazing and helped us before itrips returned our call. The condo itself was in a great location - beach, restaurants and activities all close by. We highly recommend Gondoliers restaurant a block away.

Great location. Place was great only a couple of minor issues, clothes dryer didn't work 100% and at times the A/C didn't seem to cool to the set temperature but it could've been that it was just too hot outside and the sun was too strong coming in through the glass wall which has no curtains. Also, the pool was a bit small. Overall great place, we would stay there again.

When I realized I had booked the wrong unit in the same complex, Kevin and Ginger helped me book the correct unit, efficiently and seamlessly, no issues whatsoever. The condo itself was wonderful, well-appointed, huge, clean, very comfortable, quiet, stocked with all the necessities, and some great beach vacation extras as well, like beach toys and board games. The seven of us had lots of space, all the comforts of home, and we especially enjoyed watching dolphins in the harbor and the sweeping views of Clearwater and Clearwater Beach from our penthouse balcony. The location was fantastic, slightly off the main street, and close to many great restaurants and attractions, as well as the beautiful beach, an easy walk to most points of interest. Our only issue was that we had three vehicles and only two parking passes, but we parked the extra car overnight at the Hyatt, per Kevin's suggestion, for $35. It would be great if there were a few designated parking spots for short-term visitors, or if there was a way to get a temporary pass for a third vehicle, especially since the "unassigned" parking lot for second vehicles was fairly empty. We didn't let that spoil a great weekend, and the family was flexible, thankfully. Will definitely book again at Harborview Grande.

The condo was excellent, very spacious, and equipped better then any condo we have stayed in before! Would highly recommend this condo to any family going to Clearwater Beach! I was not excited about the bay view instead of the ocean but I truly enjoyed watching the dolphins in the bay and all the boats coming in and out!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and it was clean! The instructions for parking and the passes and the codes were easy to follow and exactly as stated. The ice maker was broke and the water poured very slowly from the water dispenser, but there's a gas station right next door so getting bags of ice wasn't an issue. There's some great places to eat and listen to music right across the street.... Sheppards Ocean View has the best buffet you will ever find and Jimmy's Fish House has an amazing view on the patio with entertainment and great food. We had one of the best vacations we've had in a very long time. If by chance you come across a white and lime green light weight hoodie with Clearwater on it. would you contact me?
