With almost 1,800 square feet of interior living space, the home boasts brand new furnishings, elevated furniture, accessories, and interior design throughout. All rooms contain wall mounted Samsung smart TV's with Apple TV; additionally, you may connect to your own streaming subscription channels, with your login, if you choose.

The beautiful, open concept main living area offers ample seating for everyone, a large Samsung TV and it flows effortlessly to the kitchen and outdoor living space behind the home.

The upscale kitchen features custom cabinetry, abundant quartz counters, a stunning eating bar with barstools, upgraded appliances, and all the cooking, dining and prep equipment you may need for vacation meal planning, preparation and serving.

The adjacent dining room features a formal dining table, serving bar with wine fridge and large Samsung TV.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests. All bedrooms have TV's, ceiling fans, and beds that are freshly made for your arrival with provided linens.

There are 2 ensuite bedrooms - one with a king bed and direct access to the pool deck at the back of the home. The other, also with a king bed, located at the front of the home; both ensuite bathrooms feature walk-in showers.

The 3rd bedroom, at the back of the home, has a queen bed and direct access to the pool deck.

The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds.

The shared guest bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, doubles as a pool bath and is accessible from inside and outside the house.

Sliding glass doors throughout the home all lead to the sweeping, open outdoor living space which is highlighted by a heated pool, expansive paved pool deck, multiple seating areas, outdoor dining with shade umbrella, firepit and gas grill (purchase of propane for firepit and grill is the responsibility of the guest.)

Along the waterfront, you'll find a tiki hut, peaceful dock, and space to tie-up to a 22' boat should you choose to rent one (the pictured boat lift is reserved for the owner's use, only.) By boat, you're less than 5 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River which then leads to the Gulf of Mexico.

During your stay, you may park in the large paved driveway.

The highly regarded Yacht Club neighborhood is one of the most sought after in Cape Coral. This home sits on a palm tree-lined cul-de-sac, surrounded by million-dollar homes. It's just minutes from the Yacht Club Park where you will find the newly re-opened beach and beloved Boat House Restaurant & Bar! Close by is also the lively SE 47th Terrace dining and entertainment district. Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers - easy to access shopping, parks and family friendly activities. With extensive water-ways and boating options, it's just minutes away by boat or car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and of course year-round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.

This property is approximately 18 miles from RSW International Airport, 13 miles from Fort Myers Beach, and less than a mile from Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes front entry way, garage and lanai.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

BBQ grill is self service to include propane refills, if needed is the responsibility of the guest.

No pets allowed.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89. 
Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

Well to start, the house is recently remodeled and it looks like everything was redone including quartz countertops in Kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful. Very comfortable and loved the Boathouse theme and nautical touches. Kitchen well stocked for everything we needed. Neighborhood is is great as the house is in Yacht Club area by the famous Boathouse restaurant. We were there a couple times. Really close to everything in Cape Coral. Loved the outside pool/living area as well with no pool screen which we really enjoyed. Heating pool was nice option. We spent many nights at the fire pit with the Adirondack chairs. We will definitely be back!
