Welcome to Creekside at Sawmill Creek! The privacy of your own house with 2 decks and your own yard and garage. Imagine just a 5-minute walk for shopping on Main Street, or breathing in the magic of Breck in summer on the trail in the middle of the 4 O'clock ski run. Heaven!

The three bedrooms with three full baths are all on separate levels offering tons of privacy. You'll love the open, fully-equipped kitchen with the breakfast bar. On the bottom level, there is a den with a pull-out sofa sleeper, TV, a full-sized washer-dryer, a large full bath, and a bedroom with 2 twins.

--- 2 --- TOP FLOOR - King with En Suite Bath – Tub-Shower Combo

--- 2 --- HALF FLT UP FROM MAIN FLOOR – Queen with Attached Full Bath - flat-screen TV

--- 0 --- MAIN FLOOR - Kitchen, dining & living rooms, decks, private hot tub, flat-screen TV

--- 4 --- LOWER FLOOR - Bedroom with 2 twins, Den with TV and Queen Pullout Sleeper, full bath with shower-tub combo

The gas grill is on the large deck out back with a fabulous, comfy outdoor dining set. Watch our favorite little fox come by who sometimes finds a sunny spot to lay nearby.

Parking is strictly enforced due to this property's prime location. There are parking spaces for only 2 vehicles, the one-car garage, and one spot in the driveway only. May to October can accommodate a third car parked out front, but at no time are RV's of any sort allowed to be parked in front of this home. Large SUV's typically do not fit in the garage. (Please ask us about parking options if more space is needed).

Minimum Age to Reserve is 25 years old, guests of the tenant may be younger (this is a family-friendly vacation rental).

We had a wonderful stay. Our unit was close enough to walk to skiing and to downtown. The condo met our needs and the management company was great to work with. Beds were comfortable.and the space was good for our group. Just one concern:: Because we cooked all of our meals, we had wished the kitchen had better lighting and was a little better equipped. The main light fixture in the kitchen appears to have been removed and, as a result, the cooking area is dimly lit by the recessed lightning over the opposite counter area. Aside from that, we were happy with the unit.
