The privacy of your own house with 2 decks, your own yard, and garage. Imagine just a 5-minute walk for shopping on Main Street or breathing in the magic of Breck in Spring/Summer on the trail in the middle of the 4 O'clock ski run. Heaven!
The house is just two blocks away from Main Street. You'll love feeling the breeze as you stroll around and find great places to shop, eat, and drink. It's also conveniently close to the Snowflake Lift for skiing.
The three bedrooms and three full baths are on separate levels, offering tons of privacy. You'll love the open, fully equipped kitchen with the breakfast bar. On the bottom level is a den with a pull-out sofa sleeper, TV, a full-sized washer-dryer, a large full bath, and a bedroom with two twins.

The gas grill is on the large deck, out back, with a fabulous, comfy outdoor dining set. Watch our favorite little fox come by, who sometimes finds a sunny spot to lie nearby.

Parking is strictly enforced due to this property's prime location. There are parking spaces for only 2 vehicles, the one-car garage, and one spot in the driveway. No RVs/Motorhomes/trailers of any sort are allowed to be parked in front of this home. Please ask us about parking options if more space is needed.

*AVERAGE WEATHER* From late May through August, temperatures typically range from the mid-50s to mid-70s °F (13–24°C) during the day, with cooler nights dipping into the 30s and 40s °F (0–10°C). Afternoon thunderstorms are common in July and August but often brief, giving way to clear skies and fresh air.
