Located just steps from the Gulf of Mexico, with the white sands of Bonita Beach right across the street, every detail of this 500 sq ft studio has been freshly updated with new furnishings throughout.

THE SPACE

The open-concept layout flows easily from the stylishly remodeled kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with the screened balcony serving as the natural centerpiece — your front-row seat to the Gulf and the glowing western skies at sunset.

The living area is elegantly simple — a sofa, an accent chair, and a wall-mounted TV with cable, with full glass sliding doors opening wide onto the sun-filled balcony. Out there, the view of the Gulf, the Barefoot Beach community, and the brilliant sunset skies over the water is genuinely breathtaking.

The sleeping area is open to the living space, with a view of the TV from the king-size bed — perfect for a lazy morning in. Resort-quality bed and bath linens are provided, and a large custom built-in closet gives you generous, beautifully organized storage for your stay.

The newly remodeled bathroom features a large walk-in shower and an extended vanity counter — clean, fresh, and well above the studio standard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances — stove, refrigerator, and microwave — plus cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and all the basics needed for easy meals in. A dining table with seating for 4 completes the space.

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club sits directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach, where wave runners, paddleboarding, and kayaking are all within easy reach. Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jack's, and The Fish House are among the beloved local restaurants just steps away.

On-site, guests enjoy two heated pools and two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
