Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.

Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible.

This beautifully updated studio condo on the 7th floor offers unobstructed Gulf views and breathtaking sunsets over the water — a dream backdrop for your next beach escape. You’ll enjoy direct, panoramic views of the Gulf right from your living space, and you’ll be just steps from soft white sand and sparkling blue water — perfect for beach walks, swimming, shelling, or simply lounging in the Florida sun. Located in Building 1, this tower is closest to the beach.

Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a relaxing coastal retreat, this condo features a comfortable & updated Interior, with fresh decor, modern finishes, and thoughtful updates make this space inviting and easy to unwind in after a day on the sand.

The studio features an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, dining, living, and sleeping areas into one bright, welcoming space. Large sliding glass doors lead to the screen-enclosed balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the waves roll in and the sky light up with sunset colors.

The living and sleeping area is comfortably furnished with powered recliners, a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The condo offers a cozy, beach-home feel — simple, comfortable, and designed for guests who plan to spend their days enjoying the sun, sand, and sea.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels provided for your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances including a Keurig maker — perfect for preparing simple meals or beach snacks during your stay.

Free WiFi and cable TV are available.

For your beach days, the condo includes beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a cooler, making it easy to head across the street and settle in for a day by the Gulf.

Your stay includes free parking (RV and trailer parking are not permitted).

Pay-per-use laundry facilities are available in Buildings 1, 3, and 5 — this unit is located in Building 1 for added convenience.

When you aren't at the beach, you can soak up the rays and take a refreshing swim in one of two heated community pools and pool decks. Although tennis is not currently available, there are two temporary pickleball courts, shared BBQ grills, cornhole games, and a community space in building 3 that hosts seasonal events from time to time - look for postings on the bulletin boards near the elevators in each tower.

The newly reopened Beach & Tennis Club remains one of the most desirable locations on Bonita Beach thanks to its unmatched proximity to the shoreline. Just steps away you’ll find beach access, wave runners, paddleboarding, kayaking, and some of Bonita Beach’s most popular restaurants including Doc’s Beach House, Coconut Jack’s, and The Fish House.

Bonita Springs is ideally located in the heart of Southwest Florida. To the north you’ll find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and Cape Coral. To the south lies Naples, known for its shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Within 30 minutes you can enjoy beaches, boating, fishing, nature preserves, entertainment, and endless dining options.

This condo is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport.

The five-building Beach & Tennis Club complex is located directly across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking (including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes) anywhere on the property, including inside the condo and on the balcony.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Guests should be present a government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name within 24 hours of check-in, if requested.
