One of this studio's especially appealing features is its generous storage! An impressive wall of cabinetry, along with convenient built-in bed drawers, provides plenty of room to unpack and keep your belongings organized — particularly nice for extended stays.

The remodeled bathroom features a modern vanity and a spacious, tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Bath towels are provided for your convenience.

This is a 6th-floor studio condominium in Building 5, with elevator access.

The condo accommodates a maximum of three guests, with one king bed and one twin bed.

Community maintenance, landscaping, and improvement projects may occasionally take place, with associated daytime activity or noise.

Parking registration is required in accordance with community guidelines. No RV or trailer parking is permitted.

No pets are permitted.

No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the condo, on the balcony, or in prohibited community areas.

The minimum age to reserve is 25. A government-issued photo ID matching the reservation may be requested within 24 hours of check-in.
