THE SPACE

The main living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV with DirecTV, and casual dining for 4, with an open eating bar and bar stools adding a social, relaxed feel to the kitchen area. All cooking and dining ware is included for easy, comfortable meals in.

The open corner balcony is where this unit's unique south/southeastern orientation truly shines — outdoor dining for 4, sweeping Estero Bay views in a direction that catches the light beautifully at both sunrise and throughout the day, and that ever-present possibility of a wildlife sighting just off the railing.
