THE SPACE

Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom flood the condo with natural light and open directly onto the extended balcony — the Bay and pool view is present throughout the entire living space, not just from one vantage point.

The open-concept main living space combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into a bright, easy-flowing layout. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV with DirecTV, and casual dining for 4 — everything needed for comfortable downtime between beach days.

The kitchen is well-stocked with a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and compact dishwasher, plus cookware and dinnerware for easy meals in.

The extended open balcony with seating for up to 4 is where the resort experience really comes alive — the lagoon pool shimmering below, the backwaters of Estero Bay stretching out beyond, and those vivid Southwest Florida sunset skies painting the scene each evening.

The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed made up with provided linens and its own floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening directly to the balcony — wake up and step straight outside.

The bathroom offers a combination bathtub and shower, with bath, pool, and kitchen towels all included for the stay.
