This lovely townhome is ideally situated in the splendor of the Rocky Mountains with close proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail. Eagle Vail Golf Club #11 tee box is in the back and the Eagle River is just a short walk away. Easy shuttle access to nearby Beaver Creek (3.5 miles) and Vail Resort (9.5 miles) is available with ECO Transit and just a 0.2 mile walk to the bus stop.

In-residence is a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, slow cooker, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender & dishwasher), dining table for 6-8, living room with a large stone wood burning fireplace, family room with a large screen smart tv and board games, washer/dryer and patio off the living area for meals outdoors on those blue sky days. Two parking spaces are available with this rental.

The upper loft features the primary suite with king bed and private access to the upper balcony, where you can step out in the morning for a breath of mountain air! A full jack and Jill style bath and second bedroom provides an additional twin bed and trundle, which are also located on this level. Bedroom three, located on the main level, is furnished with a queen bed and has an adjacent full bath. This comfortable home sleeps 6 in 4 beds and an additional 2 in the queen pull out sofa . Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

Perfect Home Base

We have found a new “home base” when in the valley and it’s Deer Blvd 877 #4. Our crew of 5 guys had the best time in and around vail and this place was perfect and centrally located to hit all of our favorite trails and for mountain biking Vail. This townhome has tons of fantastic updates and was equipped with all the creature comforts from home. It was incredibly clean and has a great layout for a decent sized group, while not feeling too crowded. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need for all of our meals and there was even a charcoal grill for us to get our steak game on. The living area was a great place to hang at the end of the day while we relived the days’ highlights. If you’re looking for the perfect mountain getaway for you and your crew, Deer Blvd 877 #4 is your spot. Now it’s time to bring the family. Can’t wait!!
