This stylish retreat combines convenience, comfort, and a clean contemporary atmosphere in one of the area's most unique wellness-focused communities.
Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept living space with modern furnishings, natural light, and comfortable seating perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Stream your favorite shows on the 50” Roku Smart TV or stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/range, dishwasher, and microwave. An oversized island with seating for three provides the perfect spot for dining, remote work, or enjoying your morning coffee from the Keurig pod coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and essential kitchen items for your stay. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a large walk-through closet leading directly into the private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom layout includes a separate vanity and toilet area for added convenience and privacy.

Shared Common Areas -There is convenient parking & handicap parking as well at The Well @Mouratouglou Academy where you will gain entry through the far left entrance of the building with your personal access key or personal mobile key during your stay. The building is three levels and during your stay you will only have access to the entrance of the first floor & second floor - (no elevator on property). Building Amenities - Modern premier healthy life style building, chemical free with industry leading water and air filtrations. Secure entrance with access key & property has security cameras that are solely monitoring outside the property and public areas within the building for your safety & security.

Frequently Asked Questions
1-PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3- DOGS are allowed. If you are bringing your dog, we are a pet-friendly property. Small dogs up to 35 lbs are permitted with property manager approval and $20 per night fee. One week or more $75 fee. Please notify us prior to arrival if you are bringing your dog - (Max 1 dog).
If you are bringing a service animal, please advise the property manager before arrival.
4 - Parking is available in the parking area in front of the building and along the south side. Please do NOT park in the indoor gym facility parking area or in the Mouratoglou parking. Please park where designated for The Well guests/residents.
5- Treat this apartment as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
6- Smoking or vaping of any kind and burning of any substances including incense is not permitted in or around the property and if detected there will be a $300 charge and possible eviction with no refunds.
7- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
8- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of people noted in the listing, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
9 Housekeeping- There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. If linens are missing or stained and unusable, charges will apply accordingly. An initial setup of essential supplies are provided but not replenished - trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. NOTE: Bookings exceeding one month will be charged an additional cleaning fee per month and cleaning will be organized with management.
10- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water or internet service or Pool/spa heating issues. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
11- Maintenance- Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos, internet.
12- Damaged linens or towels - If found to have damaged linens or towels, guests will be charged accordingly for items to be replaced.
13- FIREWORKS are NOT allowed in the community.
14- Key fobs are provided for your stay - Lost fobs will incur a $25 fee each.
15- Extended Stays - Any reservation exceeding 30 nights will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee each month that the stay extends. Cleaning will be coordinated with the management team. The additional cost will be added to your reservation after confirmation.
16- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
17 - Cancelation policy - In the event that you must cancel or change your reservation, please be aware that cancellations or changes must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded and $100.00 administrative fee may be charged. If changes occur 30 days or more prior to arrival date, modifications to booking dates can be made without penalty. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. If changes occur at least 14 days before the start of the stay, modifications to booking dates may be made but will be subject to nightly price changes. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 14-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. If changes occur within the 14-Day time frame, modifications to booking dates may be made but will be subject to nightly price changes and penalties. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Trip cancelation Insurance is recommended.
18. ENTRY BY OWNER
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
