It is perfect for kids, young adults, or room for larger groups. With almost all of the bedrooms and bathrooms on a single level this is a perfect property to enjoy for most any group.

As you enter the main house you are greeted with an open and connected layout with the kitchen sitting in the center. Please note, you are about a mile off of NW Meadowlake Rd at the end of the the gravel driveway.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Blue Elk Ranch
5/5 stars
The house itself was absolutely stunning. The house provided everything we needed. It was very clean and very comfortable. My family and pets had a great time. We will definitely be returning to this location again in the future. The only negative thing that I incountered was that the wifi was super super slow. And the jets in the master bathroom tub weren't working. The tub was one thing I booked the house for and I was disappointed when I could not use the jets. Other than those two things, everything was absolutely perfect.

This place was absolutely stunning. I loved the house. Great home decor. The house came with everything we needed. Lots of acres to explore. Fire pit was a plus. The house was huge and perfect for a big group. We plan on returning again soon. Only negative things were the wifi was super super slow. And the jets in the master bathroom jacuzzi tub didn't work. I was very disappointed about that because I was really looking forward to that part of the house. Other than that, everything was great

I just can’t say enough about how much we enjoy our stay at Blue Elk! It had absolutely everything our large family needed. 80 peaceful acres all to ourselves. So much room for everyone to explore, run around & play or just sit back and relax with a private wine tasting!! Our family really enjoyed cooking together in the large, beautifully appointed kitchen, with absolutely everything we needed to create amazing meals, as well as grill on the patio while enjoying our wine. In the evening, hanging out under the stars was just priceless. With no light pollution in sight, there is no better place for stargazing, then gathering around the covered campfire area with music and marshmallows! A great night sleep was also had by all. Every bedroom was beautiful and relaxing. The bunkhouse was really something that made this property even more unique. The kids (from 10-20), loved having a unique space of their own, stocked with lots of board games and another kitchen to make and store their own snacks too. From beginning to end, our experience with Corey was a pleasure. Corey is an exceptional host, always available to answer any question, with a team that provides great attention to detail and bonus amenities, like a welcome bottle of wine, free wine tastings, coffee, gas grill, hair products, and HELICOPTER ACCESS! A completely indescribable experience!! Blue Elk is truly a place and an experience for everyone, we all had such a wonderful time and can not wait to return!

It does not get better than this place. I felt like I was in the mountains at my own private camping area, but had a wonderful house and was still only 5-10 minutes from multiple wineries, 15 min from Carlton, and 1 hour from the coast. The main house is great, the guest house is awesome, and I love the picnic tables & fire pit between them. This place is perfect for family get togethers. I will definitely be coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property with a large group of friends and family members, and would definitely stay here again. The two houses are very close to each other, so we were able to quickly head back and forth as needed for cooking and serving large meals, checking on others, etc. There were more than enough beds for kids and adults, and the three dining areas (one in each house, one outside under a covered patio) made for variety and ease of feeding our large group. The property itself was beautiful -- surrounded by trees, although not so thickly that you couldn't see through the woods for a good 50 feet at least. The grass was thick and green, dotted with daisies as if a meadow. There was plenty of room for lawn games and lounging, and our children enjoyed running around and exploring. A nice swing provided entertainment, as did an old see-saw (although it needs some repair). We enjoyed exploring the property and would ask for a map of it next time to better understand if there were any trails or places to avoid while exploring. Internet was okay, but not great; we weren't trying to work, so this didn't bother us too much.
