Upon entering the Gables, you’re greeted with a magnificent view of the vineyard and surrounding valley. The large main living area takes advantage of the gorgeous view and is open and inviting, featuring luxurious seating, a round dining table for eight, and a beautiful kitchen. Open the French doors and step onto the expansive deck and relax, enjoy outdoor dining, or warm up in the evenings around the fire pit.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream. With an incredible amount of prep space and a huge island, there is plenty of room to cook, eat, and socialize. The kitchen features a custom perimeter dining bar overlooking the vineyard and the south valley below, a perfect space for enjoying that morning cup of coffee! A large laundry room off the kitchen leads to a tucked-away powder room and the garage recreation room.

The four ensuite bedrooms, two on each level, feature king beds and are furnished with the highest quality towels and linens. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with down pillows and featherbeds, while one bedroom is feather-free to accommodate those with allergy concerns. Each bedroom has its own unique character and incredible view. The lower daylight level features a relaxed seating area with game table, sleeper sofa, HD TV and bar area along with a second powder room.

A distinctive feature of the home is the garage, which has been converted into a recreation room with a competition-level ping-pong table, HD TV and comfortable seating. It’s a great place to watch - or play - that perfect game!

Whether you’ve been to Oregon’s wine region before or are coming for the first time, you won’t find a better home in the area for your stay. If you are looking to accommodate additional guests, we recommend our adjacent property, The Farmhouse at Quandary Vineyards! Located within walking distance, The Farmhouse has three ensuite bedrooms and was built with the same level of detail and finishes as The Gables at Quandary Vineyards.

A favorite winery of the owners, Elk Cove Vineyards, is located just up the road and offers complimentary tastings to guests of Quandary Vineyards during their stay. Enjoy the fabulous wine and incredible setting at Elk Cove.

If you have interest in specific concierge services, let us know. We work quite closely with those who can help you arrange stocking the refrigerator before arrival, private chefs, catered meals and a number of other services that may enhance your stay (please note these services are at an additional cost).

Additional Property Information:

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

We connected with three other groups of family and friends and had the most wonderful weekend. We cooked meals every morning and evening. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were spectacular. We spent every moment on the deck overlooking the breathtaking views. Additionally, the management company (iTrip Northwest) was communicative and professional. We can't wait to return.

We stayed at The Gables at Quandary Vineyards for a girl’s trip. We have travelled together for 25 years and we all agreed that this was THE BEST home that we have ever stayed in. The home itself was absolutely gorgeous! The views from the porch are outstanding and it is so peaceful! We spent so much time enjoying this porch and view. The finishes on the house are so well done and everything was so clean and well cared for. We specifically enjoyed the chef’s kitchen, the bathrooms (2 of which included soaking tubs), and the high quality linens and comfortable bedding. Also, the communication from the property was top notch. We had all of the information that we needed to stay comfortably. They also checked on us frequently to make sure that everything was meeting our expectations. We are already planning a way to come back and stay at this property again.

Everything so well maintained All the details (like the amenities and the towels folded with design) really I since the beginning knew the house will meet our expectations. Four couples stayed here for a week. Our expectations were high based on the pictures and reviews. The place turned out to be even better than expected! The house has a great layout and was perfect for our group. It sits up on a hill and is very quiet and peaceful. We started and ended each day on the back deck enjoying the beautiful view. The house has high end furnishings and is equipped with everything you could need. The management company sent out a detailed guide of the house and nearby area a few days in advance. They were prompt to reply to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place!

The property was beautiful. It looked like it was a demo house for HGTV and everything was purposely curated to be an experience. We used the property for a corporate offsite. They have multiple seating areas in different locations to shake up the day and every bedroom has its own ensuite. I highlight recommend this property for weddings, corporate offsites, and family gatherings. Also the beds were extremely comfortable and the house was immaculately clean.

The Gables at Quandary Vineyards is a picturesque location. The home itself is set on a beautiful vineyard complete with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. The details of the home are crafted to ensure your stay is comfortable. Each bedroom has its own private bath and there were always plenty of towels and toilet paper. This is always a win in my book. ITrip is super easy to work with. They are responsive and nice. I would definitely book with them again and looking forward to my next trip to the Northwest!

Absolutely amazing house!! They truly thought of everything you would need for your stay. The views are breathtaking….from sunrise to sunset. The four masters are perfect for four couples. We spent time socializing on the patio, cooking in the kitchen and playing ping pong and games in the game room. I wanted to pick the house up and bring it home. Great location to access many wineries. And the free tastings at several wineries is a nice addition. Seriously, don’t hesitate and just book this piece of heaven.

We have stayed in many vacation rental houses over the years, but The Gables is by far the best yet! We had 8 adults (4 couples) so the 4 bedrooms with ensuite baths were perfect for our group. The view off of the back porch looks like a painting. Actually, every view from the home is unbelievable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking several meals after days of visiting wineries. The ping pong table provided great entertainment for our competitive family! And each night was spent on the back porch playing games, drinking wine and enjoying each other's company. Itrip NW could not have been easier to work with. It was obvious they wanted to ensure a 5 star experience. We will return and recommend to our friends and family.

This home is gorgeous and perfectly appointed. It was recently built and decorated with impeccable style. It sits on a hilltop in Yamhill with beautiful views from every window and every porch/deck! They have made the best of every appliance, toiletry, utensil, etc. available for their guests. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. The Gables at Quandry Vineyards was the perfect place for a girls getaway! We enjoyed sitting on the decks drinking coffee in the rockets in the front deck, cooking in the gourmet kitchen, enjoying dinner and breakfasts outside on the back deck, and loved the 4 en-suite bedrooms with plush bedding. A slight negative was the chefs kitchen was missing cutting boards and baking sheets. Having those would make the kitchen complete!

Absolutely the best home we have stayed in! We traveled with a very particular group who enjoys luxury. We notice details and appreciate ALL the things that added a comfortable luxurious stay. This home checked all the boxes! 4 master suites with 4 couples for my 50th bday - was theeeee best decision! We ventured out wine tasting, hiking, drive to the coast.. but honestly we really felt that this home was such a beautiful destination and wanted to spend time there. Cooking in the kitchen together was such a pleasure- the space allowed us all to be together- the game room was quiet great addition and sitting at a round table all together allowed for amazing concert and memories to be made. We previously stayed at The Farmhouse at Quandry Vineyards and loved it. This time, we brought another couple with us to experience Willamette, and decided to stay at The Gables. Such a great choice. Like The Farmhouse, The Gables is a true luxury home ... though it's a bit bigger and has even better views than The Farmhouse. With two true master suites, it was perfect for two couples. The other two En Suite bedrooms in the lower level were also well appointed. With three separate "hang-out" areas (one on the main floor, one in the basement, and one in the converted "garage"), there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. But each of those three rooms had enough seating for all of us to spend time together when we wanted. The kitchen was fantastic, and the back deck has truly spectacular views. The gas grill back there has a hardline to the house, so no worrying about propane tanks. As with most homes with such great views, the internet is satellite-based, but it was generally fine. We stayed for a full week, and several of us worked remotely from the house the whole time with very few interruptions in service. In sum, this is one of the nicest rental homes I've ever stayed in. We highly recommend staying here. And Corey, of course, is a fantastic host.

This entire property is beyond amazing and perfect for a few days of wine-tasting or just relaxing on the back porch enjoying staring out into the vineyard. This home is even better in person than the pictures show. These owners spared no expense in the construction and decorating of this home. The double deck out back is quite possibly the most beautiful view I’ve seen. We traveled with 4 couples and this home is set up perfect for that. This home is truly spectacular. It offers the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The entire house is smartly decorated with gorgeous furnishings. Everything from the towels and linens to the furniture and light fixtures are of the highest quality and are absolutely beautiful. The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The large, covered patio is the perfect spot to dine alfresco while overlooking the vines and sipping on local wines. Between the ping-pong table, multiple modern flatscreen televisions, and the round table downstairs for board games the whole family had a great time. Communication with the management company was friendly, prompt, and organized. The place was perfectly spotless when we arrived, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. It is fair to say this is my dream home. I simply cannot wait to come back and stay again.
