This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and includes a private attached studio apartment, making it an ideal choice for families, multiple couples, or groups traveling together. The home features an open layout, modern full kitchen, spacious living areas, expansive deck, and a private hot tub where you can relax while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Please note: From November through April, the attached studio apartment is winterized and closed, so the property accommodates up to 10 guests during those months.

Nearby trails provide opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the area, while Harrison is directly across the lake, making it a fun destination to visit by boat.
The home is also close to Circling Raven Golf Club, making it easy to combine a relaxing lake vacation with a round of golf.
Comfortable Accommodations:
The main house features five well-appointed bedrooms, including four king beds and one pullout couch. The attached studio apartment includes one queen bed and a pullout couch, providing additional sleeping space when the apartment is open.

- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- There is an exterior surveillance video camera facing the driveway for your protection and the homeowner's protection. Please do not touch or move.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 12 people, not including a child in a crib.
- The maximum number of vehicles shall not exceed 5 including the garage, driveway, and extra spot. Parking is strictly prohibited on the road. Please do not block access to neighbors homes. Absolutely NO TRAILERS in Cove Point area. Trailer parking is provided elsewhere.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Dogs ARE allowed. 2 dogs maximum with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and you must clean up after your pet inside and outside of the property. If evidence of pets, without permission, are found in the unit after stay, extra fees will incur. Dogs must never be left unattended, unless kenneled.
- Fire bans must be complied with. FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. You will be fined $500 if evidence of smoking is found on the property.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- Guest and any visitors of guests shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- Guests must comply with this good neighbor notice. This property is a privately owned home. Please treat this property as you would your own home. You agree to close and lock all doors and windows when you are not on property, and at check-out. Guests agree to be respectful of neighbors and not be disruptive to neighbors, community or traffic issues prompting complaints. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. All parking procedures are listed and agreed to by guest. Be kind. Be mindful. Be a good neighbor.
