- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 14, not including a child in a crib.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Dogs ARE allowed on the main level of the home. $95 non-refundable dog fee. You must clean up after your dog inside and outside of the property. If evidence of pets, without permisson, are found in the unit after stay, you will be fined $300. Dogs must not be left unattended, unless kenneled.
- FIRES AND/OR FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. You will be fined $500 if evidence of smoking is found on the property.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-one (21).
- Guest and any visitors of guests shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- Guests must comply with this good neighbor notice. This property is a privately owned home. Please treat this property as you would your own home. You agree to close and lock all doors and windows when you are not on property, and at check-out. Guests agree to be respectful of neighbors and not be disruptive to neighbors, community or traffic issues prompting complaints. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. All parking procedures are listed and agreed to by guest. Be kind. Be mindful. Be a good neighbor.
- NO PARTIES/EVENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Tenant must comply with the Good Neighbor Notice.
